2023 Bronco – What to Know

What's New

In this info drop, Ford highlights several points. Come back on September 19 when the order guide is released to read more about tops and colors by trim, constraints, late availability items, and Heritage packages. But for now:

  • Ford has brought up the number of speakers in the base sound system from six to seven.
  • HOSS 3.0 is standard on Wildtrak.
  • Azure Gray has been added and Cyber Orange removed. All Cyber Orange orders will be automatically converted to Shadow Black. Work with your dealer to change to a different color.

Allocations

Ford will be allocating at least one Bronco Raptor and one 2- or 4-door 23MY or 24MY Bronco Heritage Limited Edition to each dealer. Hear Bronco brand manager Matt Winter speak about the Heritage Limited Edition allocation in our latest livestream.

22 > 23 Bronco Order Conversion Process

Just like last year, because of the new features and trims for 2023 model year, everyone without a vehicle identification number (VIN) on September 21, 2023 will need to update/confirm their 23MY order. Orders are being converted from 22MY to 23MY within Ford’s ordering system but still require updates/confirmation to be eligible for scheduling. This process will be handled through your dealer.

CURRENT ORDER HOLDERS (Converted in Ford's Ordering System)

  • Your dealer will start scheduling order consultations with all existing order holders to finalize/submit, based on reservation timestamp order.
  • Beginning September 21, dealers can start updating/confirming orders in Ford’s ordering system with customer consent.
  • You need to agree to pricing with your dealer at the time of order entry with a signed purchase agreement and any required deposit.
  • Update/confirm your order by November 21 or orders will be canceled and deposits refunded.

RESERVATION HOLDERS (Unconverted)

  • For 2023 model year, existing reservation holders who have not yet converted their order can use the Ford.com Online Ordering tool within their "My Vehicles" or "Reservations and Orders" page.
  • Dealers have been asked to reach out to customers to confirm order receipt and pricing.
  • Convert to an order by November 21 or reservations will be canceled and deposits refunded.
