I pulled the trigger on some new shoes for Lager today. I had to stick with KO2s bc the 315 KO3s only come in Load Range F at the moment. Maybe after another 50K miles. One step closer to being ready for CO.
Anyone have some Sasquatch fender flares lying around?

No fender flares. But I do have a stock right rear tail light. Would that work? Lol

My no social media rule is going better this morning. The cats helped. They woke me up by knocking over a table lamp. Broke the bulb. Just love these 3 turd knockers.
After 2 mostly cloudy days, we get sun and a warm up. But still under zero.
Chuck Mangione passed away.

Years ago my buddy retired and he was on a trip. We were on the phone and he was telling me his itinerary. It was clear to me that he didn't know what day it was. So I told him "today is Thursday you retired _____". Made us both laugh and now I call him every Thursday to make sure he knows.

When he answers he doesn't say hello, he says, it's Thursday.

Howdy from sunny Arizona. Lucky for us, we're not in the heat dome many are dealing with. We just have summer.
And while you're extreme heat is cooler than our normal, I would be down right miserable in that humidity. I really do feel for those dealing with that.
I've been to DC in the summer and I'll take 115 in Arizona any day over that. Even +20.

For me, today I'll be working outside in +7 to 10 running string lines to level a building pad.
Hopefully out of the sun by 1.

I'm been places were the humitity was higher than the temp, and the temp was in the low 90's. That's miserable, especially the way we were dressed!

Still, am hoping that y'all are having a good day today despite everything else... still rooting and sending thoughts of wellbeing to everyone healing and dealing with other stuff. We would have to go to Chitown to see him. He doesn't tour anymore.
I need to go to the Slippery Noodle, blues bar in Indy when I'm there in October.
