For all of you that are waiting on your Bronco being built and want to track it.
Here are some good links…

To the Ford site to check on status
https://shop.ford.com/vehicleordertracking#/

To view your Window Sticker, add your VIN at the end
https://www.windowsticker.forddirect.com/windowsticker.pdf?vin=

To the Ford site that populates your Modules being turned on (this lets you know it’s actually built at the factory
https://www.motorcraftservice.com/AsBuilt

And lastly to see if it’s scheduled on the Convoy to your Dealer!
https://palsapp.com

If you are going by rail, it’s more complicated…

First you will need the rail car letters and numbers. It is on the visibility report or DORA which is from the dealership. You MAY be able to get it from the SVT people but they seem often in a cranky mood and may tell you to get it from the dealer.

There are two major rail companies.

CSX is everything east of the mississippi
UP is everything west of the mississippi

But they all start out on CSX so once they have it in their system they will follow it all the way.

So, how do you track your truck on a railcar?

First and most important. Never talk to live personnel at the railroad! Only use automated phone system. If it attempts to transfer you to a live person please hang up. The railcar information we are provided by is given as a courtesy and if we call live personnel we may lose the access and ability to track.

CSX
1. Call the CSX 1-800-235-2352
2. When prompted for location or weight, press "1" on your phone for location.
3. When prompted for the car initials, say CN (or whatever initials you have) then wait for the next prompt.
4. When prompted for the car number, say 907048 (or whatever your number is)
5. When prompted for next car say DONE.
6. That's it; enjoy your updated status report.

Union Pacific
1. Call UP at 1 800 877-5123 1 800 877-5123
2. Follow phone prompts for Trace
3. Say the railcar number complete and clearly. Example CN123456 all together
4. Listen for your update

Please let me know if there are any others and I'll add. That way it'll all be in one place!
Or maybe make it a sticky.

What is the longest amount of time from the build date / blend dates before it shows that the Bronco was actually built? My build date was 8/5/22 and my blend date was 8/4/22, and my modules went live around 8/5/22, but over a week later, still no indication that it's been built. I was planning an offroading / camping trip in Ouray, Colorado for early September, but at this rate, I may not get the Bronco (delivering to Houston) until October.

if the modules are live it’s built. Now depending on any extra that need to be done over at the other facility you should be rally close to getting out on the truck.

I read the boards, so it wasn't lost on me that this could be the case. But there's NOTHING in my build that could delay it. I have an Outer Banks, Sasquatch, 2.7L, soft top (originally mod hard top, changed to MIC, finally changed to soft top). It'd be the ultimate irony if the soft top is causing the delay. I wanted to change back to MIC and switch from cloth to vinyl/leather but my sales guy didn't get those changes in before my Bronco was scheduled for production.

What really scared me was messaging with another buyer from the same dealership whose Bronco says it was built in April but he still hasn't gotten it.

I thought it would be easier once I got my Build week after waiting 2 years. this part is actually stressing me out. Looks like I picked the wrong week to stop sniffing glue.

So I assume unless you have a VIN # then it's useless to try and track just with an order #.

I know there are a lot of delays in transportation right now, especially rail. That may be part of the delay. I have read where it is taking 2-3 months for Broncos to make it to a dealer after it is built. But others seem to get it within a couple of weeks.

Hoping you get it soon!!

Curious if there is another site or place to see your build week.... I have my VIN and estimated production week, but the Ford site is not showing anything other than 'Order Confimed' and of course, I never received an email from Ford. It seems those are still hit and miss. I did get a second confirmation that I am scheduled for the week of 9/12, but know things get moved around a lot. Where can I go to see if my production week gets moved left or right? Do I just need to keep checking in with Ford or is there another site I am able to see my production week on? TIA

my dates are very similar to yours.. build week of 8/1/22. Blend date of 8/5/22. modules were live around 8/8, and it's still showing "in production" status. I talked to someone at the Ford Bronco marketing line yesterday, and they confirmed that it's built, and waiting to be assigned the shipping details. Once the shipping details are assigned to my build, apparently that's when the status on line will change to 'built'. They were able to tell me that the ETA to my dealership (here in CA) is 9/7. we'll see

Interesting. I spoke with my dealer and the sales guy said it takes up to 3 weeks to build. Another BroncoNation member with the same dealer told me there were a microchip and part that they were waiting on. Mine is such an easy build (OB, Sasquatch, High, Soft Top, Cloth Seats). Not sure what could be the delay on the build side.

No. Thanks for the suggestion. I'll call them next week. The other TBN member using the same dealership had a much earlier build week / blend date, so I don't think it's about the railroads to Texas. Although the railroads are insane right now.
