Exactly what the title states - putting a thread together where we can come and post little tidbits of anything we have done today, and as we build them to our own tastes.

So the wife and I went out with the Arizona Bronco Club on a blistering hot day for a shake down run. The Midland radio worked great and I had zero issues hearing the transmissions. The big test was with the new suspension. We ran through wash boards, washes with boulder fields, flat Baja running at high speed, hill climbs and descending steep, off camber hills with drop off ledges, and areas with pretty solid whoops. I ran it at factory settings to get a baseline and man these things did not disappoint. Two issues but neither were with the suspension, but with the driver. Both times I was in 4H and should have been in 4L. And both I should have used my rear locker. Otherwise these things were amazing. Zero bottom outs or top outs. Never hit a skid or had any compression issues dropping down ledges or hills. Was able to run speeds over various surfaces at 20-25, 30-40 and 55-60 MPH. 20-25 was pretty good, but anything over 30 MPH ths suspension just ate it up. The faster I went the better it rode. Bilstein has really hit the nail on the head with these. And I will never get tires any larger than 35”. They are tuned for exactly what I have. Cant wait for next weekend for our Goldmines and Ghost Town tor of Nevada with our very own Brian and Melissa Clark! And then onto Colorado for or next epic adventure with BN members!

How do you like the MetalCloak Rear Diff skid plate? The only review of it on their web site suggests it is not a tight fit and rattles. Has this been your experience?

Happy to report, put 60 miles on it yesterday and no rattles from the rear diff skid. But I do need to tighten up my molle panels there is a slight rattle coming from them.

NICE! Adding "stirrups" to my Bronco was one of the simplest, but most useful mods. No more clumsy ingress/egress! They're very practical.
Chris here. I drive a 2-door Velocity Blue 2023 Ford Bronco Badlands with Sasquatch, Lux, a 2.7L V6, and an automatic transmission. It’s fun.

Yes. The bracket fits around it and there are bolts on the back side that tighten against the rail to hold it in place.
No drilling or special tools required.

Ordered the Broaddict Rear Door Tailgate Table after reading all the reviews on here....hope it's as good as it looks!

Now looking for some storage solutions for the molle panel on the table when closed up. Any ideas on best straps or bags for "stuff"?

I'm partial to carabiners. Ripstop bags/pouches and these https://www.ford.com/product/molle-straps-p2981034376 these velcro straps are not the longest nor strongest but they're strong enough and have loops on the ends so they can be connected together to make longer velcro straps. I also have a few of these. https://www.ford.com/product/bronco-and-bronco-sport-first-aid-safety-kit-p4000005369 One that's still first aid but more expanded including burn/bite/poisonous plant ointments water purifying items ect. one that's a random kit and one for items my wife may need. The back of the first aid kits have sturdy straps that can fit within the molle design with snap buttons to secure well but could be yanked off if needed to be portable in a hurry.

Cool, thanks so much. Yeah, just was looking for rubber or other straps and bags that won't rattle. Appreciate it!

You can also get some really good rubber bungies at harbor freight. I use those on the molle of my metal rear enclosure. I also have this on my table molle, which I recently saw restocked in the BN store, its a tool roll but I keep it stocked with camping/toiletrie essentials if I get the impulse to just take off for a weekend.

If your table itself rattles I have found that peel and stick velcro between the table and the tailgate metal eliminates that. It took a couple tables to find the right table but the velcro eliminated all the rattles on both.

Thanks again, I will check those out.
No rattle at all on the broaddict table so far. Only had it for a few months but so far no noise.......

On a 5 day - 4 night camping and off-road trip..

Had egg, bacon and cheese sammiches tonight for dinner.

The Bronco and the TigerMoth got pretty muddy making it out to my dispersed camping spot.

Hit a few trails then back to camp to chill!

First flight with the drone. I suck but at least I didn’t crash it or lose it..🀣

Drone Videos: Rookie stuff I know but hey, I didn’t crash it or lose it so that’s a plus.
