Exactly what the title states - putting a thread together where we can come and post little tidbits of anything we have done today, and as we build them to our own tastes.

Here is the part number for the tabbed nuts that Tim sent me. So much easier!

If I had only known about these a few weeks ago... 😂

Thanks for posting the part number..

Liking that metal cloak differential set up. And are those RCI shock/trailing arm skids?

They are the DV8s, I have DV8 rear shock skids, metal cloak diff cover and diff skid, and Stinky fab front lower a arm skids. Spreading the wealth. Lol
Not one place had everything I was looking for the way I wanted it.

Installed some Carbon Fiber. Tru Fiber overlays so no cheesy wrap nor overpriced panel replacements. Probably not everyone's cup of tea on a Bronco but I just hate the look of plastic. 1

Much to my wife’s dismay, I took some time out of my vacation to northern lower Michigan to Install a set of dual Ford Performance (Rigid) Mirror Lights on my 2025 Heritage Edition Bronco with Sasquatch package. This was my first wiring job tapping into the “plug & play” Aux switches in the cab. While it was certainly not plug and play, I found the following attached references extremely helpful in figuring out the Bronco wiring scheme:

https://performanceparts.ford.com/download/instructionsheets/IS_M-15200K-BML_D6.PDF

The video was especially helpful. The lights work great and I can’t wait to try them on the trail.

Enabled Starter interrupt via Perimeter Plus alarm. Didn’t realize it is an added feature beside the shock sensor.

Ok, huge sigh of relief! New suspension upgrades are complete. Bilstein 8112 DSA+ coil overs, Icon Tublar UCA’s and Icon XD tie rods. Along with an alignment. All four corners from ground to bottom of fender flairs are now at 40.5” rides excellent on road. Ran it over several rain drainage culverts in the road at 45-50 MPH and felt nothing. Over double train track crossing at 35 MPH and felt zip. we are doing a trail run with Arizona Bronco’s on Saturday for a test run and will adjust accordingly. So far so good and very happy with Shock Surplus hustling to find a replacement for a damaged LR shock. Can’t wait to get to Nevada at the end of next week and the Colorado at the end of August. Gained 3/4” in the rear and about 2 1/2” in front. The new UCA’s gave a little bump up. Staying with 35” tires. Last two photos are of stock suspension.

If anyone is struggling with AC blower... I just had my 2023 2d BaseSquatch serviced due to low volume of air coming out of the dash registers and the air box (top box) needed replaced. Works great now

Got my skids on today. And had a few helpers too.

How do you like the MetalCloak Rear Diff skid plate? The only review of it on their web site suggests it is not a tight fit and rattles. Has this been your experience?
