I've learned that fear resides in the future. We fear what may or may not happen. But the truth is fear is in both the past (in the form of regret) and the future (as in the unknown). It is our fear of regret fulfilling itself. So, if you think about it, if you are in the present, you are in a fearless state. So my advice is to live in the moment. There's no fear here. 😉

Went to a Banana Ball game tonight. It is baseball, but a party too. And if you are a lady, it is spectacular! They played music through the whole game and these guys could dance. Had the crowd doing something everytime they switched. Then they do a challenge thing after the 9th inning. Pitcher, batter and ump only on the field. One got a home run and the whole team ran the bases with him.
Best girls night out ever! The girl that invited me is a widow too, a member of NM4W and a badass wheeler.

I got up way to early! Happy Sunday morning! It's RACE DAY! Was always my favorite day as a kid. Didn't go to a race until I was 16. It didn't air on TV within a 500 mile radius of Speedway, IN. We listened to it on our transistor radios. You could hear the cars from my house.
And most years we organized our own bicycle races, with practices the whole month of May.

Howdy from sunny Arizona. A 3 day weekend has one day to paint. Especially since we're holding on to winter temperatures. So that's next this morning.

We were hoping that our landscape work would be done by now, but they do a lot of starting and stopping. So it looks like the pool is in a construction site.
