Ordering and Next Steps
I have a Bronco reservation but have not converted it to an order yet, can I still convert my reservation to an order?
Yes. All reservations are required to be converted by November 21, 2022. Please work with your Ford Dealer to convert your reservation to an order. Any reservations that are not converted to orders by November 21, 2022 will be canceled and the $100 reservation deposit will be refunded.
Confirm with your dealer that they have completed the required Customer Order Verification Process and received confirmation of its approval.
Why is Ford not allowing retail orders for 2023 MY Broncos?
Due to the high demand, we are not allowing new retail orders for Bronco vehicles, so we can prioritize existing order holders. This is a temporary pause. We will continue to monitor the status of the order bank and provide an update in the fourth quarter of 2022.
We are taking this action to help build more of your existing orders.
Can I update my order after I have placed it?
Yes, you can update your order up until your Bronco gets scheduled for production.
Work with your dealer to understand how these changes might impact your price protection.
Will my reservation time stamp still be tied to my order? Are orders still being prioritized by reservation time stamps?
As orders are converted from 2022 to 2023 MY, the reservation timestamp will still be tied to your order. All Bronco orders will continue to be prioritized according to the time they were reserved, vehicle model and configuration selected, part availability, and the number of vehicles your dealer receives.
What can I do to get my order built sooner?
We continue to see overwhelming demand for certain short-supply features. Please work with your dealer to configure your order to improve your opportunity of being built in the 2023 MY and understand the potential pricing implications of changing your order.
Can I place an order for a Bronco vehicle if I do not have a reservation?
At this time, we are not accepting new retail orders without an existing reservation to allow us to prioritize existing orders. We will provide an update on the order bank status in the fourth quarter of 2022.
What can I do if I cannot agree to a selling price with my dealer?
Dealers are independent franchises. The final price a customer will pay for any vehicle is agreed upon between themselves and a dealer that is at, below, or above the Manufacturers Suggested Retail Price (MSRP). We recommend that all customers agree to a selling price with your dealer when an order is placed via a signed purchase agreement. If you have any further questions, please contact a member of our Bronco Support Team at 800-334-4375.
Who can I contact with questions besides my dealer?
Your dealer should be your primary contact for ordering information and delivery timing. If you have any further questions, please contact a member of our Bronco Support Team at 800-334-4375.
What happens if I don’t update my order?
Please work with your dealer to update your order by November 21, 2022. If your order is not updated by the deadline, it will be canceled, and your $100 reservation deposit will be refunded.
What happens if I do not convert my reservation to an order?
Please work with your dealer to convert your reservation to an order by November 21, 2022. If your reservation is not converted by the deadline, it will be canceled, and your $100 reservation deposit will be refunded.
Will I receive my deposit back if I no longer want my order?
You will receive your $100 reservation deposit back if you no longer want your order. Please make sure your account is updated with your current information. If any additional deposits were required by your dealer, please discuss them with your dealer.
