I made a 4 tire inflator/deflator today. Will make airing down/up so much easier!!!

Started off with a 50’ roll of 1/4” Flexzilla air hose. I cut 10’ off of both ends of the hose so each 10’ section had a threaded black end. These are the 2 black ends in the brass 4 square in the center. I cut two 3’ pieces and cut the last piece into two 12’ pieces.

10’ hose from 4 square to brass T fitting, 3’ hose coming off the T, and the 12’ hose coming off the end and going to the air fitting. There is an air fitting on the end of every hose that will clip on to the valve stems. The air fittings are closed style.

All of these parts were purchased on Amazon.

Pressure gauge
Shut off valve
Brass barbed T
Brass 4 way fitting
Brass barbed hose fittings
Air chucks - closed flow

Also made this little air chuck that will work at a gas station if the onboard air compressor doesn’t work.

Cool! Looks just like the MorrFlate that I just got! BTW, I tried it last weekend and it worked like a champ! Not only can I deflate/inflate all 4 at once, but it also equalizes the pressure between all 4 as well!

Prices must have gone up. I only had $130-140 into it.
Fitting tape was $21 for the roll which you already had and the Clamping tool and clamps went up in price. Still a great setup and parts.

You can get the tape at the hardware store for $2.

Hey Mike,
There's no link for the adapter, did you buy that local or the link is messed up?
Getting ready to put one of these together! Without the adapter, it comes out to $121.

Sorry, I thought this picture was showing 3 pcs that was part of the adapter but it's only 2. Thought I was missing one.

The extra piece in the pic was there to show it’s a schrader valve.

That's REALLY cool! Nice work. I guess I'm lazy, or just have more money than time. I bought the Morrflate 4 tire inflator/deflator. Works like a champ. You can find them here: https://morrflate.com if you would rather buy than build.
Did you buy a Morrflate pump? If so, which one, and have you had enough use to share a thumbnail review? Thanks!

Brilliant fabrication and efficient process! Well done, sir. I'm with Tim on this one. I just need the vehicle to attach the hose ends too. :p

Did you build one ?

Nope. I posted here before I even took delivery of my Bronco. This is an old thread. I have a quick deflator and a portable compressor with a single line. It's simple but works, and I lack the ambition to build a 4-line system. It's not an issue for as often as I need to air up and air down.
Chris here. I drive a 2-door Velocity Blue 2023 Ford Bronco Badlands with Sasquatch, Lux, a 2.7L V6, and an automatic transmission. It’s fun.

We have a 4 hose set up for Marias, But I'm thinking of one for mine.

I was going to build one but Morrflate was running a group buy and I got one of their units the one without the gage for like $130 or so, it was cheaper than I could source all the parts to DIY it. Keep your eyes peeled they run sales from time to time. I also used a maxtrac deflater from Napa, that thing works well to deflate.

I have the 4 hose from Morrflate, but I also use the Staun deflaters to air down. It's quicker than pullout out the hose, and then currling it up again.

I bought a cheap set when I first got my Bronco and they never seemed to work that well or stay consistent. I may have to try out a good set like the Stauns.

I built a kit using parts from Amazon. It cost me about $90. I could have done it even cheaper if I was willing to sacrifice the hose/fittings that came with my compressor, but I decided for the small price difference, it would be good to have that hose for other purposes. I can post the parts I used if you like. The main reason I chose to do a 4-tire kit is because I like the idea of easily getting all four tires to the same pressure. With my single-tire system, I used the dash TPMS gauge, which is OK, but the 4-tire system makes it foolproof.

The only issue I have with my Staun's is that they come pre-set to about 18 psi. If you want something different, it's not that easy a process to set them. Here's a really helpful video.

I use the dash TPMS to get me in the ball park, I use a handheld tire gauge to verify. I noticed the TPMS had one tire that was always off a few psi but after a few miles down the road they would equalize. If I check each tire with the gauge I’m usually within a .5 psi but the TPMS might be 2 psi different.

I have a set of Rhino deflators that I'd be willing to sell for a good price if you want. They look like the Staun, using that same locking ring method. They are well respected.
