Exactly what the title states - putting a thread together where we can come and post little tidbits of anything we have done today, and as we build them to our own tastes.

Installed the BroAddict Slide out tailgate. Simple but definitely need an additional body to help with the lifting and placement.

So as we inch closer to KOH and Baja, we took Nag out on a night run on 4 Peaks trail to stretch his legs and test out the Midland speaker installation. Had a little over an hour drive up to the trailhead. As we were five minutes away from the turn off I got a power train malfunction notification. I pulled off, stopped and turned off the truck. Aired down started up the truck and the wrench went away. Drove to trail head and all was fine. I went the whole three hour run and zero issues. stopped to air up and my ARB engine mounted compressor didn’t work. Even though I did air up with it prior to heading out. Fortunately lots of other compressors to borrow. Jumped on the road for the two hour drive home and an hour in the wrench and code popped up again. Zero issues driving home. This morning I did a quick cleanup of the engine compartment and found that the ground wire for the compressor ha separated from the mounting ring. Easy fix, compressor is working like a champ again. I will call my service advisor and get him into the shop this week. Maybe I will get the new tires installed before KOH not after. And the suspension worked killer!

That's a terrible idea, when do we start?

Do you have a code reader? If so, I'd pop that on there and see what codes you were getting. But that bad ground for the compressor COULD have been the root of all those issues. 😎
