Exactly what the title states - putting a thread together where we can come and post little tidbits of anything we have done today, and as we build them to our own tastes.

How did you like 600-2?

It was fun. I had never been on it before. Only the deep washout that is the video thumbnail was challenging. Everything else was just a bumpy ride since nobody aired down. The leader keyed the radio saying he was taking us on a shortcut back to the campground on a fairly level and nice dirt road. I would have preferred to stop and air down as rocky as it was, lol.
This guy on a dirtbike has a good view of the roughest part we went through.

If you ever want to come do it again let me know. It's been a few months since I've been up there. Would be nice to do it again with a handful of bronco's.

Today I've put some small things. First one is new, bigger rear interior/ roof lamp. Fits well, easy to mount, the light is little bit blueish, but is stronger than original one. Now finally I can see what is left on the rear seats. Second one - cover of the luggage space. It is mounted with hooks and rings. There was also a retractable cover variant, but I have prefer this one because it's stronger.
I also bought sunshade for the front windshield, but doesn't unpacked it yet.

Just recently went from 285 tires to 315s so I needed to change my speedo so I got Forscan. WOW! It’s my new favorite thing. Change my speedo, shutoff auto start/stop. Shutoff double beep, turned on window roll up with fob, enabled all goat modes including sport, and adjusted seat heat from grilled cheese to warm bun. Any suggestions on what else I should change?

You change the tire circumference. Unfortunately some ford genius programmed the code wrong. So if you have 315/70/17 tires the actual circumference is 2741mm but for the correct speedometer you need to use 2610mm. Engineers, yeah I don’t know.

Got a pre-Black Friday deal on a set of AirLift bags the other day. $440 delivered. Installed them this afternoon. Should help with the camper towing.

Took it to the snow. 24 other ones followed it. Wonder what we have to do to get attention from Ford.

Well as you can see, the upper part is dirty but what this old guy can bend over and reach with the pressure washer is what's clean, lol.

Took advantage of a Black Friday Rtic promotion and got a smaller cooler to keep in thr Bronco during trail rides. I wish I had gotten the top of the large cooler screen printed as well. The smaller one turned out great.

Hope everyone had good Thanksgiving holiday! We did a very comfy 2,300 mile Bronco road trip to Clear Lake, TX just south of Houston. Incredible food & great family fun there. Some Black Friday tricks came home with us.

I bought my Bronco just in time. Over the last 15 years we hardly saw snow before Christmas in Spotsylvania County Virginia, but since I got my dog his new ride we have had three good snows in early Dec. Indy and I had a blast out making trails in the snow!

Today (actually yesterday) I installed a proportional brake controller in my Bronco. Pulling the panel under the steering wheel was only a little scary, and easy once I figured out how it releases. There is an obvious location to mount the controller, the existing Ford OEM wire loom fit my wiring harness exactly, and I think the control knob on the panel I chose looks like it belongs. I did throw the fascia that came with the unit in my spare parts box where it will live until I finally clean the garage and throw it away...probably.

This set up cost me about $250 all told, while my local dealer wanted about $1K for the Ford parts and labor. This set up is superior in that it has both road and off-road modes, as well as full adjustability and emergency braking. It's probably a half-hour install, but took me an hour with my dogs helping.

Bonus: dogs and human all had a good time.
