Exactly what the title states - putting a thread together where we can come and post little tidbits of anything we have done today, and as we build them to our own tastes.

Wow, they got you for no front Tag. While parked.😮

Yep. I almost refuse to add the front plate to my B.. It looks UGLY. Year three next month.. and this is the first issue I've had as a result.

I agree the front plate on the bronco is an after thought as it is on most cars. They are just ugly. But with the winch it’s not terrible.

So If I'm not petty about it .. I would just pay the $50.. and whatever online fees to do so.. So maybe $2 on top of the $50

I highly doubt the court fees are $2. They are probably more than the ticket...

Maybe I misread your comment.
If I pay the ticket it’s $50 plus around $2 for paying online.
No court fees.

Now if I contest the ticket and say it goes in my favor - I don’t know what the court fees would be.

We'll be near that area in 2 weeks, but I'm not doing that road. Plus I need to drive my Bronco back home.

Y'all might judge me how long it took, but I finally ordered a hoist system to my hard top off. also, to be fair, the hoist is not just for hard top. It’s also to put a rooftop tent on the top of it.

Yeah, I am going to be a rebel and a law breaker on this one.. I've never ran a front plate and in 40+ years of driving, I've received exactly one fix it ticket...

They only did the upper because they bumped into an issue with the sinus tuck part and it took longer than expected... Gotta go back next month now for the lower to get drilled into.. Meh............

If all goes as planned I should be good to go by the end of Winter.

Speaking of medical issues, has anyone heard from @Sven? I sure hope he is okay. Have not seen him online or post in a while and he has not responded to my PM.

So this isn’t what I did to my Bronco today, but the final test of my new suspension’s drivability on road. When driving back and forth on road trips from AZ to CA, the there is a section of Highway between the Central Valley and San Jose called Highway 152 or Pacheco Pass road. I have driven this roadway dozens of times, in my Mustangs, Edge, Escape, mom vans and in the Bronco. This road varies from 1-3 lanes each way, winds through mountains and is an area frequented by passenger cars and big rigs. it is also an area where people drive too fast for road conditions and there are accidents all the time. The other issue with it other than speed is that it has off camber turns both up and downhill. I have found that in any vehicle I have ever driven on that road, there is a certain level of discomfort with speed. And don’t get me wrong, I am a trained driver.
That being said, I was truly impressed with the improvement with drivability under these circumstances. With the stock Sasquatch suspension there was noticeable softness and body roll and outward push under these driving conditions. With the new suspension you can comfortably and safely increase speeds from 55-60 MPH to 70+ MPH. Nag stays firmly planted and really performs well. All on and off road tests are completed and I am very, very happy and truly impressed with the Bilstein 8112 DSA +. For me and my uses I did indeed choose wisely.

That is an awesome review... I am really happy to hear there is another clearly good choice!
