Exactly what the title states - putting a thread together where we can come and post little tidbits of anything we have done today, and as we build them to our own tastes.

Looks great!

A lot of driving the last 6 days.. 1,700 miles from Washington to Nebraska then add another 1,200 for the round trip yesterday from Nebraska to Wisconsin to pick it up..

My bank statement is flooded / littered with gas station charges..

Safe to say I am road tripped out! In my younger days all this driving would not have phased me but with my current old man status, I am beat! LOL

Taking the RTT and awning off today, I'll probably sell both as I doubt I'd use either..

Maiden voyage and shakedown trip next Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday in the Nebraska National 'Forest'..

The RTT and awning are off the TigerMoth.

The Bronco and TigerMoth are getting a bath later today. The Bronco is absolutely filthy! I think I killed 4.7 million bugs during my travels. The TigerMoth has been sitting on the RV dealers lot for what appears to be a very a long time so it's getting a bath as well.

That will be all for today, tomorrow and the next day. After they are washed, I am entering massive bum mode until my shakedown tip next week.

I still need to finish unpacking and I need to call the movers as I am missing a box full of stuff like my Bikini top for the Bronco, my 8" screen, the old dash, the stock steering rack etc.

The Moth looks nekkid with out the roof rails and awning. I figure I'll keep the awning on till I bend it up or tear a hole in it when off trail. I'm (we) are going to need a full report after next weeks run.
They sure do tow easy!

Yeah but I don't think I'd ever use the awning.. I was going to leave the roof rails on but don't really need them either..

Anyone want to buy a Thule Tepui Explorer Kukenam 3 Person RTT? Cheap!

Retails for $2,000 - mine is brand spanking new and is only $800 smack-a-roos!

Called the Ranger Station today for the Nebraska National 'Forest' and got the low down on the area and an update on closed roads in the 'forest'..

Spent a couple days between Louisville and Frankfort visiting smaller size Bourbon distilleries. Then played a little on the DBBB trails on the way home. The combination of Bourbon and horse farms makes for interesting back road driving.

I was a sucker and ended up with a souvenir from each stop…

Bought and installed some Bronco farkles:

Grab handles from Sevensparta that match the Badlands orange interior trim accents.

Ford Bronco What did you do TO / WITH your Bronco today? 👨🏻‍🔧🧰🚿🛠 IMG_2416.JPG

I also bought a "Sasquatch" license plate frame, and I am waiting for my personalized plate that says "SASQACH"... we only get 7 characters in Georgia.
I couldn't believe that "SASQACH" was available...!!!

After installing the Bronco farkles, the wife decided to surprise me with a Sasquatch sticker for the back window. She found a pattern, cut it on her Cricut machine, and we installed it. I think she did a GREAT job! (Awesome Wife!!!!)

It looks like Sasquatch is walking in my backyard with the reflection in the back glass.

Thank you. It did take a while to figure out placement then I had to custom make all of my own mounts so that I could direct the light where I wanted and still keep the lights up out of the way of the rocks that have a tendency to mark the skid plates....

If you turn zone lights on too, I think you’ll have a very nice 360 degree close in light coverage.

Good Point.... I have the Black Oak spreader lights that I am running as ditch lights... They have a better dispersion than a flood. They cover the sides pretty well . So yea, turn on the zone lights and I think I have it covered. It gets pretty dark around here on some of the trails.

Would you mind posting pics of this when you get a chance? I’m still on the fence about what lights to use for ditch lights and the spreader lights look like they could be a good option. TIA!
