Exactly what the title states - putting a thread together where we can come and post little tidbits of anything we have done today, and as we build them to our own tastes.

I don't have a picture, because it would require me to take the spare off and well . . . that seems like a lot of work right now. However, I installed the ARB twin compressor behind the spare tire with the in-door twin air filters. I love it and I don't have to worry about engine heat and with the filters in the rear door I don't have to worry to much about dust and dirt. Just my two cents.

Its made by AGS and is $400.00 plus the $29.95 filter relocation kit.

No inside joke. I was complaining about how dirty Nag was and Dean told me how well the simple green worked. I sprayed It down with the simple green, let it sit a couple of minutes and the hosed it off. I then immediately used my home air compressor to give it a thorough blow dry. I realize these things are pretty water resistant but I never like to leave water sitting anywhere near electronics. Call me crazy🤣

No I do not call you crazy... I am right there with you. It turned out quite well!

I like the idea of the "blow dry".

Dangnabit, got all excited to install the Hi-lift jack on the roll bar (followed instructions I found with some nice steps and a parts list somewhere here. Got it all set up, and the excitement turned to WTF in like 5 seconds of trying to close the top. 😢

The setup is great, but the one drawback to this soft top is the mechanical parts in the rear section to allow it to fold up and stay on the vehicle. Just a little too narrow to clear when I closed the back portion of the top (lifted it to have easier access). I did get a couple extra parts, have a few ideas to maybe bolt some other stuff up there. Might be able to fab up something and mount the mud boards there too, since I have more room now, lol.

My only question is, how much does it hurt when you lean in to far and clobber your head on it? I wear lots of hats, its a lack of natural head covering and sun exposure kind of problem. I, personally, would lean to far forward, loose sight of the jack behind the hat bill and clobber myself.😣

Took it to a Rigs and Coffee meet at "The Shop" in Seattle. Met up with a few other Broncos from our group. Went to a close by Brewery for a beverage and pizza as a group. Funny thing? We spotted another Bronco, blue Badlands with tinted windows and the brush bar thing on the front slowing down to look at out group of Broncos parked outside. It stopped and then kept going. We wondered why the owner wasn't social enough to come in and ask what or why we were parked together as a group. The land rover that grabbed one of the spots was rubberneck city as he came into the establishment, totally got the joke about his car next to ours. Oh well. Guess owners aren't alway enthusiasts. Who can say?

And the STI? Nope, didn't get away on the on ramp. I'll leave it at that. ;)

Yesterday my friend and were just taking our roadsters to an annual car show/fly in. Since they are open top and it was chilly (Arizona chilly) the wife took the bronco, coffee and chairs.
We figured it gets complements, so we just parked in the show to save walking.
I was amazed at the attention it got. My wife got a kick answering questions about it.
Who knew.

I like it but I've had an aftermarket hood on 6 of the cars/trucks I have owned over the years. I put a functional RamAir hood & airbox on my 2020 Ranger even though it was just an intern vehicle until the Bronco arrived. Wife said "Why, you're not going to have it long ?". I said you know that I can't drive a stock vehicle for long , lol.

The Cervini's is taller of course . If you are short of stature it may impede the vision over the hood a bit but not much more than the lower profile version from Advanced Fiberglass. I like the extra rise it provides. I was concerned that it may not have the sound deadening properties of my stock hood that came with a hood liner but the double wall design and thicker fiberglass construction actually made it quieter as opposed to the thin aluminum factory hood . I did have a RamAir hood on a Mustang once that amplified the engine noise so no such issue with that here. Other than that the only difference is the cosmetic look that it provides.

Got the winch mount from Broaddict installed today . I thought it may be more of a pain , especially since I was alone with no help , but it went fairly easy.

Installed a home made rear cargo shelf. Started out as a top from a Hazmat secondary containment system….. cut top to 21 1/2 x 48 1/2 so it have some play for carpet and also not interfere with lil plastic storage thingy for the hardtop harness. A little spray glue and some carpet from the local ☘️ and poof…. Done. Made a lip to wedge at back to keep stuff from flying off when the stallion was released…
