Versatility: The 4-door Bronco has ample space for passengers and cargo, making it an ideal vehicle for a variety of activities, including off-roading, camping, and road trips.

Off-road capabilities: With its robust 4x4 system, solid axles, and electronic locking differentials, the Bronco is built for serious off-road adventures.

Advanced technology: The Bronco boasts advanced features such as the available 12-inch touchscreen display, 360-degree camera system, and trail-mapping software to enhance the driving experience.

Customization options: The 4-door Bronco offers a wide range of customizable features, including various roof configurations, door options, and exterior styling packages, allowing buyers to create a unique vehicle that fits their specific needs and preferences.

Iconic design: The Bronco's classic design, with its bold grille and boxy shape, pays homage to the original 1960s Bronco and makes it instantly recognizable on the road.

All I know is that I witnessed a shit ton of four doors doing some hard core off roading this past week.
That's because that's all they are building.

And why is that the bulk of what they’re building? Because that’s what the market is asking for…

The bronco would exist without the four door and it did exist for a long time with out a four door.ford sells plenty of two door mustangs without the need for a four door. I never have seen a four door bronco concept car.

I'm removing my doors this weekend. Except for the tailgate. That stays. I mean, they didn't put a tool in the Bronco tool kit to remove that door. But if they did... So, I'll be driving a 1-door Bronco. I must be better than most 2-door Bronco owners! LOL
😜
Chris here. I drive a 2-door Velocity Blue 2023 Ford Bronco Badlands with Sasquatch, Lux, a 2.7L V6, and an automatic transmission. It’s fun.

So, you've stated numerous times the 4-door Bronco was offered purely for "greed" and "only for profit". Well thank the Lord, a car company manufacturing and selling vehicles for profit. What the hell else is Ford supposed to do? Lol.

I think one could make the opposite argument in 1966 with the Bronco not released as a 4-door rather than just a 2-door (wagon, pickup, and open cab). Ford's 1966 lineup was rife with 2-door vehicles, Mustang, Thunderbird, Galaxy 500, Falcon, Fairlane, and LTD. I'd bet a 4-Door Bronco in 1966 would have sold like hot cakes and the 2-door-only model actually limited its desirability.

It's a different automotive environment in 2023 than 1966, 4-door SUVs have replaced the sedan and wagon in every manufacturer's lineup. 4-door SUVs are very practical, which is why they proliferate the industry. Even with six other 4-door SUVs in its 2023 lineup (one being an EV), it makes complete sense for Ford to offer the Bronco in both 2-door and 4-door configurations. Offering a 4-door takes away none of the Bronco's 2-door originality since Ford offers the 2-door nor does a 4-door model take away any from the Bronco being an ORV enthusiast model.

It's hard to understand why this would be offensive to anyone.
In addition, in 1966 very few pickups were four door… and look at todays truck market…

though sometimes slowly, corporations do ultimately build what the market asks for…

Is anyone on here actually being rude and serious about the 2 door vs 4 door discussion? Just seems like people are joking around. Isn't that the fun of being part of a community cracking jokes at each other? If people are actually being serious about their views then I get how that's wrong
I think they are having fun. I have a 4-door, so if they are serious-oh well! I still want a longer wheel base and to get that I had to get myself a moredoor Bronco.

Not sure what “nasty comments” you speak of, and everyone can (and does) certainly have an opinion on all things pertinent to the discussion. My only point is “promote your own opinions positively and not denigrate with “nasty comments” and name calling those things you don’t like…. “. We’re all long beyond the schoolyard, and no one is keeping score…

My lunatic sister worked in a hair salon when she drove a Jeep. One day during the summer she said she was to take her top off for the drive home, the other women were stunned. She went out and took the top off,it had a bikini top on it, one came out and said she thought she meant her shirt doh! 😜

My dealer took a Badlands Sport, put a two inch lift on it. Added BFG KO2 tires, and some nice flaps. If I was looking for a smaller off road vehicle this would be a good fit.

I have a 4-door, which is perfect for me. That being said, the proportions of the 2-door are pretty amazing as they are…
