It’s a flat windshield! Coming from a f150 a lot of difference! Think I will get Ford deflector and see if it helps!
Windshield is not that hard to clean!
I love this Bronco! I always loved them back in the 80’s! Now I have one even stronger than the 302 that was back then!

What's next?

I have the Aeroskin II and I really believe it works and has saved my windshield. Not sure about bugs though.

The windshield of the Bronco is the easiest part to clean. The grille is the problem area. Anyone that says a tiny bug deflector is going to save your windshield from rocks is probably a vendor.
I use bug and sap spray on the grille, bumper, windshield, mirror caps, and headlights before I wash or drive through the wash. I prefer the aerosol style but have had success with both the aresol and spray. Does the trick.

Took a shot off the glass from a nice piece of rock while driving home at about 75 mph yesterday. Direct hit, bug deflector didn’t help at all. But the ExoShield, once again worked perfectly. Left a mark but no damage to the window. This hit made me flinch. I wonder if there is a limit on how many rock hits it will take!🤣

One more use case for the ExoShield. I really have to start looking for an installer here or do it myself… Thanks @TK1215.

I sold a lot of deflectors for over 20 years. Most were purchased simply because they were the in thing to have and everybody was putting them on their vehicles , along with roof visors , side window visors and headlight covers. They all initially started as a chrome accessory then transitioned to the smoked lexan look. They do very little for what they are advertised for. A hood mounted bug deflector may "deflect" small sand particles and stones that pit your glass but the larger stuff that makes a splat or crack will get through no problem. Gravity wins every time. Wind tunnel test back in the day showed the airflow was not sufficient enough to divert anything heavy enough to damage the windshield . Hood deflectors often cause more damage to the paint than any benefits achieved as dirt , grime and a number of scratchy things tend to get in behind them. I did have them on my vehicles because I sold them , but I always painted them to match as I hate the way they distract from the looks of the vehicle.

Nice to know it works! I've looked at some options but installers and vendors have all said a big or fast enough rock will still crack the windshield. Do you get alot of rain? I've been told that most of these options will discolor and/or separate from rain and windshield wipers where I live due to frequent rain.
