I had the Ford Performance ProCal installed on my new Bronco Raptor at the dealer today, and I can't be any happier with the results and how much better my vehicle performs now. It's a must-do for any Bronco owner, especially raptor owners.

Yeah it's awesome.. I just had mine flashed as well but I have a Badlands 2dr with the 2.3L.. Massive improvement for me so I can only assume it turns the Raptor into an absolute beast..

Nice, it definitely unleashes these vehicles true potential.

I must be in the minority, but have felt no need to do this mod. I am just an average driver who enjoys getting off-road with friends when I can. I have -yet to go anywhere my 23 4-door OB Sasquatch couldn’t go, and I enjoy about 19.8 mpg in normal driving. Sport Mode affords me lots of zip for my taste.

The beauty of these vehicles is they are very capable out the door, and yet are very modifiable for those who want to tinker…

That being said, I’m thinking I will put $1000 down for a spot in the Filson order line next week… I love my 2.7 Eco, but will be really interested in a 3.0 eco…

I mainly did it for the additional torque for off-road use. I mean, the tune is obviously a to each their own kind of thing. As a bonus I got more HP, more turbo boost and better / smoother shift points on the auto transmission.

Yes, Broncos are very capable out the door but most people who off-road do lifts, larger tires etc. Why? Because it all adds to the capability and experience of the Bronco..

Did I need to do the tune? Nope..

If the tune is not for you then cool! If a lift and / or larger tires is not for you, also cool..

IMO, modifications (or the tune) add to an already capable Bronco and increase its capabilities and driving experience. If that's not for someone then I say ----> awesome sauce, you do you..

As far as the Filson goes, it looks like a sweet street model for those who want it. Me? Hard pass!

Electronic power running boards? YIKES! I wonder how long it will take before they are absolutely destroyed and / or laying on the side of a trail? Again, this is a to each their own kinda thing. It's not for me but I won't hate on anyone who digs the Filson..
