Bronco Nation brings you another look at the highly anticipated SUV of 2022: the Bronco Raptor.

In this exclusive video shot by the Bronco Nation team, you’ll get an eyeful of the powerful vehicle off road. See the best look yet of the underbody on this near-production vehicle, including its dual exhaust, Raptor branded rear differential cover, iconic front Raptor grill and Fox equipped suspension.

The Engine and Exhaust

The video opens with an opportunity to listen to the Bronco Raptor exhaust note sound, uninterrupted: The vehicle is rumored to have a V-6 EcoBoost engine, upgraded from the base offering, with an output of estimated to exceed 350 horsepower. The true dual exhaust is tucked deep in the undercarriage and exits the vehicle in a neatly packaged twin tailpipe, unique to the Bronco Raptor.

The Body and Suspension

The aggressive stance is punctuated by 37x12.50R17LT BFG KO2 tires bolted up front to a reinforced steering rack. The exaggerated wheel lip moldings in the corners, and often copied, amber lights, give the SUV an instantly recognizable appearance. Not easily overlooked in these opening minutes are the beefier lower control arms, one more part of the suspension that separates this Bronco from those released so far.

And if you weren’t yet sure of the Bronco Raptor’s scale, watch for a side-by-side with a stock 2021 Outer Banks. It clearly looks like a much smaller and less muscular sibling.
