Anyone been to both Moab and Nevada Off-Roadeos? Trying to decide which one to attend this spring. All insight is appreciated. Thank you.

Yeah, the hope is for baby steps. If I can get her to enjoy herself and not have an issue with these things, we can go more.

Yeah, something like this made my wife feel a lot better about things. I also got her some privacy with this. At first, it was set up both. Then it was just find a bush to hide behind and use the folding toilet. Now, it's hey, there's a good spot! Oh, and there are some great options for "packing it out" like this. This is really only "necessary" in sand, since there are no microorganisms to break down the waste. Otherwise just take a shovel with you and dig at least a 6" deep hole that's well away from any water source. Note that you can do the toilet with the hole, but then you have to wash off the toilet so recommend using the bags with that, and then you can use the powder above to "jell" the waste and pack it out. Or get the biodegradable bags and just bury them in a 6"+ deep hole. I know, all this talk is kinda gross, sorry about that, but I think it's important info to have.

This thread has turned into a "I'm probably not going to eat breakfast and starve the whole day." mission planner.
For those of us who have had their gall bladder removed you know what I mean.😟 Some days I can go all day or eat a bag of chips and it's on ! Now I'm a little concerned about Moab 😮

Sort of off topic. Does anyone have the names of the trails used for the Moab Offroadeo? I may be in the area in April and I thought it would be fun to at least drive the trails they use. They’re on public lands, right?

I did Nevada Offroadeo as part of a weeklong Vegas trip. We went kayaking, sightseeing, and all the typical Vegas things. So it was an action packed week.

It is in the Bronco Trail App:

Dome Plateau is the trail network most commonly used, although the exact route can vary depending on weather and trail conditions, and other trail networks can be used during certain seasons.

And for those of us who avoid the Bronco Trail app, you can find it in OnX as well. https://webmap.onxmaps.com/offroad/...4336-8fe4-14534fda3b03#15/38.81484/-109.37773
