The latest shenanigans from Ford aside, for the long-timers to these forums who actually have their Broncos, can we get an official statement from the Ford Bronco Team about a realistic release date for the FordPass Performance App? Additionally, for the High+ package owners that got the first 3 yrs of connected navigation included in our purchase, will ford be extending that to coincide with 3 yrs from the release date?

How do they even still have this video up on the website?

I can’t be present but would like to ask this question - fully realizing the MIC top is constrained, is the plan to still make MIC tops available for counter sales this year? If so, what cost? That would really help in valuing the $2500 offer.

Being someone who has followed the hard top fiasco since day 27...
Im gonna make it a real easy answer.... NO, if they can't build one for the factory, they are NOT gonna build one to sell OTC... unless its for an insurance claim.

We will ask; unfortunately, they used to list it as a thing possibly for 2023, but they wiped that from the FAQs last year. I doubt it will be coming this year. If you're open to aftermarket, I posted the following over on the article.

I'm aware of three companies manufacturing hard tops:

Advanced Fiberglass (one piece and modular, multiple finishes, approx. 6-7k. No deliveries yet)
Anderson Composites (modular, multiple finishes, approx. 6-10k. Unsure of deliveries, but lead time is up to 20 weeks)
Rally Tops (modular, multiple finishes, approx. 4k. Unsure of deliveries yet).

Definitely want to echo what @Laura and @BuckYeah said regarding those in the community that tried to find out the correct info and get it bubbled to the top. Especially want to thank the dealer employees… @MitchellWatts , @alyd09 , Tim Bartz (@fordvideoguy on B6G), and others who are willing to stick their neck out a little bit and share information and help those beyond their own customer base. I know Ford can get a little iffy when it comes to what information can and can’t be shared sometimes, and often that line is a little fuzzy.

In many cases people have been waiting 2+ years for this vehicle, and we’ve gotten to a point where we are dealing with thousands of dollars in price protection and incentives. People just want to know the correct information and the complete story so they can make an educated decision, and unfortunately sometimes they can’t get that from their own dealer.

Much appreciated. Trying to share helpful info and usually get my head torn off. Thank you for the kind words!

Yeah that’s exactly why I’m asking. They previously made that statement on 2023 availability but went dark.

I’ve been around since day 1 and I’m up on the aftermarket options but thanks for detailing that out for others and getting the question out there for us.

I’m deep in the Granger list so the writing is on the wall for me as far as what my chances are for being pulled if I don’t switch.
