Hello Everyone,

Here's Part 2 of my Oregon desert Bronco adventure. On this day, I use a drone to show you the layout of an old homestead from one of the original Oregon homesteaders. This dates back to the late 1800's. Enjoy!

@B MIller I installed a similar box. This week, I started to hear a high pitched squeak that I traced to the latch of the box. Have you had to deal with anything like this? I’m also going to reach out to the seller’s customer service to see if the have ant suggestions, but thought of starting here… TIA.

Are you asking about the cargo drawer in the back?

Yes, I am…

(oops, sorry about that. I could’ve sworn that I was responding to your review of the cargo drawer… my bad.)

But yep, the squeaking is annoying as heck in a ride that’s fairly quiet…

I need to learn how others are keeping the cargo area silent when it’s loaded.

I don't have any noise. Everything is packed snuggly so the cargo takes care of itself. In regards to squeaking from the lock, maybe some silicone lube?

Thanks, I’ll try that. Also reread the manual and noticed a maintenance reminder in the last page about lubricating certain points in the locking mechanism.

Good tip! I need to check that out and do it!
