Good Thursday Morning, Kids!
Some smoke has returned to Western Washington as the winds have shifted from on shore to off, pushing yellow skies from the east and north (Canada) into the Puget Sound Region. With it will come warmer temps (for us).

Been a quiet week here as the back pain is finally manageable and I’m able to get out and putz around the house and garage. Thinking I may take the top off the Bronco as it seems we’re in for some dry weather for the next few weeks at least.

NFL pre-season kicks off tonight with six games on tap, as well as games tomorrow and Saturday. Not super competitive at this point in the season, but will be interesting to see how the revamped teams look.

Still toying with the idea of putting my name on the list for a Filson, but now I’m intrigued by what Ford is going to offer with the Fathom. Haunting YouTube trying to see everything “legit” that is being said, and interetesed to see what the final product looks like… If Ford can pull it off at the price point it says, it may kill the Slate before the Slate ever makes a serious appearance… BlueCruise capable and bigger than a Maverick at <30k to start would be something…
