Good Wednesday Morning, Kids!
It’s going to be a beautiful day here on the left coast, with blue skies and temps all the way up to -25°!
Sitting in Starbucks this morning catching up on some reading and email and “stuff” while son Dan dialyzes.. this has become our three day a week ritual… 1) up at the B&&t crack of dawn, 40 minute drive, four hours of putzing, and then back home to get some putzing done there. This time of year its pretty awesome as the length of days is loooong, but I’m not too excited about this schedule come November and December when it will be dark mornings until 8:00ish…

Celebrated another year yesterday, and now entering year seventy… When you’re young you don’t think much about getting old, and when you begin approaching “oldness” you start wondering where all the time went…

After storing my RSE Step Sliders in my garage for 18 months we decided with my new hinges (knees) NOT to install them, and it seems I have found someone who wants them… win-win! Someone gets a great deal on new steps, and I get a fair-sized clinch of my garage back.

The weather is good enough that the top of OB-1 came off yesterday, with no current plan to put it back on till fall. I sure like the looks of him when he is topless!

Been very busy working afternoons and tearing apart our Kitchen.
Before pictures and final stage of tearing everything out.
The before pictures are actually when we already started tearing up the floors where the new cabinets are going, that’s why it looks a little messy already.
I took today off from work because the new cabinets are going in as I speak (text).
Then in a week and a half the Quartz Countertops will be installed, and finally the tile floor.
The tearing out of everything was not fun like a lot of people think, it was a lot of work, but at least I got it done!!!
