Good Wednesday Morning, Kids!
I want to give a shout out today to Tim and Sarah @fordvideoguy for all their timely and informative videos on all things Ford, from the POV of a Dealership… Lots of good info and really down-to-earth commentary on Big Ford.

In Western Washington this morning we have about 175,000+ folks without power from winds blowing down trees and a number of landslides on mountain passes… As I type this there is only one of four cross-state routes open due to weather and weather damage… tough for the ski areas and businesses depending on the traffic.

Got OB-1 in to the dealer this week for a couple of recalls… rear camera replacement (I never had an issue) and the rear shock inspection/replacement, though in my case the shock and rejector were pristine and so was not replaced. Talking to my service guy, they have had very few actual replacements in the PNW of the shocks. Also having to replace a replacement tail light from Oracle, this will be the third taillight, and hopefully the last… LOVE the flush tail lights, but don’t want to replace them every 12 months… Hopefully they’re pulling from a more trouble-free lot of lights nowadays.

Happy Thirsty Thursday morning! I may have 1 of the 2 beers that I have left from Thanksgiving today. I drank 1 last week when I called the best man in our wedding. He was at the bar, so I drank with him. May face time him this time.
I passed the test. And found out it gave me 6 of the 9 hours I needed. So I need to get 3 more hours. I will get started on that as soon as I cancel my flight. Weather looks good for this weekend and next weekend in St Louis and OK City. Looks like Indianapolis is getting rain Christmas Eve and Christmas. Was hoping for a white Christmas.
@Bluestreak57, one of my Oracle lights are bad. I've had them for a year. It is on the side that the kid hit in the gas station in Attica IN. I thought it would be bulbs. Guess not.

Good morning Everybody! Got my infusion done and counting down to only 5 more days of this. Now I’m at the Ford dealer for the TSB on the turn signal switch flipping on the opposite direction after a hard right turn. Depending on then I get out of here, I have a couple more prints to work on.

I have my Bronco in the shop to get the bumper cover replaced after hitting a deer. Can it get any more embarrassing than getting a Chevy Trax as a rental, which looks like a smaller version of my wife's Equinox? 😄

Well yes it can @Wolf.
My Mustang was in for repairs for weeks. I rented a car Monday through Friday for the 1st 2 weeks. 1st week, Nissan Versa and 2nd week, Hyundai Velocitor. The most gutless vehicles ever! And then we found a 1998 Ford Ranger 4x4 PU to buy. So many little things wrong with it, but oh so much better.

I passed my test, got my CE hours in. But that is all I got done. Oh, except to help my youngest son go find where Amazon delivered the Christmas presents I ordered for him and his girlfriend and both of my granddoggers. It is great that they send a pick of the packages after they set them at the door, it really helps a person locate the house.
They will have matching flannel shirts!

Good Morning and TGIF! I just finished my 1st cup of coffee, and it time to fill my 24oz travel mug and head out to the clinic. T-minus 4 days to being done with the daily infusions! Afterwards I‘m helping my wife get ready for Christmas before my daughter and granddaughter arrive on Tuesday. I actually had a good first service visit yesterday to replace the turn signal switch. I got there 30 minutes early and was out of there in 2 hours. Congrats to @Darrel on passing the test!!

Not sure about the trax but when I was on active duty, i had to fly a little unexpectedly and the car i was given to drive to the airport was a yellow PT cruiser….. nuff said!

I’ve received an E-Mail that said …….

There’s just no other way to put this…..but……Everyone here in this coffee shop is stuck with me for another year!
“That’s right, my subscription is for another 365 days.”
What this means is that I will be holding on to all the party poppers for the next 44,000 posts that will come sometime this year.
