Yup, work, work, work, then get home and……….”you guessed it.”
We’ve rented a Cherry Picker Boom Lift to start taking down some rather large tree limbs that we’ve been wanting to do for years now.
@Sven is always good for some funny and yes sometimes “touching” toons, but I will stick with just funny! 😆 🤣

Try to have yourself a peaceful and relaxing weekend @Darrel and if you’ve Got to roll yourself a big fatty, then by all means do it!!!

I can definitely laugh about it now. A reckless tech at my dealership failed to adequately torque the nuts on that wheel. It flew off as I drove home, crossing three lanes of traffic without hitting anyone or anything before coming to a rest. A small miracle in itself. My Bronco dropped to the pavement as I pulled over. My rear trailing arm skid plate saved the day. It took all of the abuse.

Last oil change at the dealership for me had the tech running out to my Bronco in time to tighten the lug nuts on my spare tire after the 5 tire rotation! Can’t imagine what that would have done on the highway headed back home. Just makes you not trust any tech these days. Glad you had those skid plates and they took the brunt of the damage!!

Good freakin' morning Go forth and have a great day/ The coffee is extra good this morning for no other reason than we get another day to be a peckerhead...um..a good human! Hugs for all and prayers and good ju ju for all as well.

Maybe start installing parts picked up at SuperCel. Supposed to reach -10 today so not sure. Enjoy your coffee and safe travels to all those on the road!!!

Great Sunday Morning all, looking to be a nice couple of days here with lit’s of Sun. I feel bad for the folks living from New Mexico, Oklahoma all the way up to Ohio, looking at severe storms again through those states.
Thanks for the morning brew Steve, not sure what it is, but it tastes like Hazelnut Vanilla cream 👍 not too bad.
I’m still sending prayers, and hoping your days are getting more and more on the upside.
Glad you had a great time out at SuperCel and got yourself some parts for your Bronco Ron.
Once you get your parts on you may be thinking, “where can I test and use these parts,” (here’s a hint)……Colorado!🤣
I had just enough time to get one of the front Coilovers put in yesterday just before we went to rent a Cherry Picker Boom lift to start doing our trees.
Most likely will finish tomorrow on the last one.
Now it’s time to get this day rolling and do some more tree trimming.

Happy Sunday all. I put out pods!
Today is the Smooze and Cruise car show. This show is smaller and free and considered by most to be the start of car show season. But, there have been a bunch of them already.
And our car club meeting is today too.
My TV is going to get a few hours of rest. Lol
Suppose to be sunny, high about -20° and windy in Abq today.
I met a friend for happy hour yesterday. She texted me a few days ago and said she needed to give me a hug, how sweet! I needed one.
She bought me a car. I think it is a Galaxie and not a Falcon because the rear tail lights are round. But very close to what his wagon would have looked like stock, color and all. I love it!

Is that strap part of the upgrade? Make sure u remove it of not or Skip might get wrapped around the axle!

Got home from SuperCel last night also. Lots of fun but I did bring home a souvenir, and not the good kind 😔. Ford quoted me $720 for an OEM replacement windshield. Guess I’ll have to replace it soon (also have a crack on passenger side). Anyone got experience with the exoshield for $199 verses the Windshield Defense for $349? The WD has the 3 tear offs but is half the cost of the windshield! Any other brands to consider? Are these protectors self-install or is professional installation recommended? I see the install going good, or getting bad really quick if something doesn’t go right.

Randy, I wish I still had my vinyl. Records are a thing again Now it's just Samsung Buds to play the drums listening to You Tube, Amazon Music, or Spotify. Millennials seem to be into them, and could have made some money off of them. To tell you the truth? I hated the crackling noise.

Those are promotional albums. Not for sale to the public. Still in plastic wrap. Probably worthless, but cool to have.😂

Look at the face on this little Hellion! She has some Catittude! The Maine Coon is still walking around the house, growling and hissing about her presence!

I dont use exoshield but I believe @Lots O Fords has put it not only on his Bronco but on his whole fleet of trucks…

Just home after a weekend on the road… about 800 miles on the F150 but got to see three sons, one daughter in Law, and two grandsons… and not an ounce of rain… Great times!

Oh, and three grand puppies and one grand kitty…

Will get caught up with y’all tomorrow morning…

I got your rain here in ND this morning...maybe even a little hail and a short lived power outage or two. I'm diggin' the thunder storm for sure as the ones in West are few and far between. Glad you had a grand mini vaca and visit!

Back to the weird sleeping habits again but I did get a wicked good nap in yesterday so I was expecting this.
