Hey Lauri, most police stations have secure medicine disposal bins in the lobby

So do drug stores. And I had to pick up a new script for antibiotics at Walmart, so I was able to put then all in their safe disposal box and get my much needed antibiotics.
Our eye doctor collects old glasses for the Lions Ckub, dropped off at least 10 pairs
His dentist didn't have any type of recycling for his dentures. But they did take them and will put in their biohazard disposal.
Turned off his phone line too today.

But good that PDs have safe drug disposal too.

No I did not go on vacation or take a break from this thread.
Work has been not friendly to a lot of us with the constant visits from the overseas upper management and and the out of State management.
They have pinned the policies to our shirts so not to forget them as some have, with the many changes that they imposed upon us, a few have quit.
I have been working 58 to 60 hrs a week just trying to keep the upper managements foot off our heads.
This is probably the most tired that I have ever been in the last couple of months, I’m not young anymore, 50 to 60 hrs a week 20 years ago would have been no problem.
I’m not going anywhere, so you’re stuck with me if you like it or not….🤣

@ResidualGenius not sure if you like basketball, but looks like the Pistons went from a zero last year to a hero this year. Looks like we will be getting some NBA playoff fun soon!!! 👍

@Chief Ron I’m hoping that Mike remembered to grab Lerrad or BS, and like you said it would be great to have BS visit Ouray Colorado in about 5 Months.

They have no clue of what we do, but they have a collage degree, so that means they know everything we do!

If you have a college degree, stick with the degree you know and not pretend you know everything!

We have knowledge from experience, that includes failures and the things that made us successful, but we learned from our failures to be successful.

Now we are going to try to make a square wheel roll better than a round one, the college degree says it can happen!

SA 1.0 and 2.0 are doing very well… I really no longer have knee pain, and have regained sufficient range of motion to be able to function well in the real world… What I have discovered is I developed MANY bad habits working around my downward spiraling joints for years, and I have to break them, AND regain a lot of muscle mass in my Quads, Glutes, and Hamstrings…. Thanks for asking, Henry!

Donna might have to go through the same with one of her knees, she always asks how Steve is doing 🤣
She’s for right now trying therapy and some kind of shot she gets, it’s supposed to be once a week for 5 weeks.
If not better then possibly surgery next..
I guess we’ll just wait and see!!!
