What started as gray turned into a beautiful blue sky day, with temps a little cool but still very spring-like…

Enjoying seeing the initial hijinks of those currently trail-riding in Moab… Be safe and enjoy! I’m guessing this time of year Moab will have wonderful days and chilly nights…. Did anyone say Campfire?

Good morning fam! Brewtal Awakening pods are lined up. Gonna be out early in my monkey suit (uniform) today. Funeral for a guy I worked with over 25 years ago for 9/11 illness. Sad. A lot of funerals lately. those of us who were there are getting older. I still can’t believe that was almost 24 years ago. Still pretty raw when I think about it. Sorry to be a Debbie Downer. On another note, I think the decision between RSE and RCI rock sliders has been made. Going with RCI. The electric drop down step, although very convenient, is something else to fail. I know it’s guaranteed, but who needs a step to fail while wheeling? Keeping it simple. Hug the ones you love.

That was some drama. I thought that page was a FB equivalent of the BN forum, but it isn't. And they made another FB group change their name, so as not to confuse back in '22 if memory is correct. I un-joined it. The Bronco 6g FB group is blowing up.

I think Moab is involved, but the local TV station I watch has their logo over the Moab area of Utah when showing the whole state of New Mexico. Looks like they are having fun!

Apart from Bronco Nation and the B6G site, I don’t have a media presence unless you consider LinkedIn and YouTube. I’m not one to overshare so I’m none the worse for it. I even canceled my Instagram account because it seemed like a cry for attention and shameless posturing. Life is dramatic enough. Although I stand apart from the community, I’m comforted by the fact that I can function independently.

The only place I follow BN is here and on SlashRacer’s website… keeps me relatively drama free…

I use FB only to stalk my children and grandchildren, and to see local town musings…

Big goal for the week is to get my rock sliders installed. Haven't watched the YouTube videos for whale, but if memory serves it’s a pretty straightforward process. I don;t really need the steps for me, especially now that my knees are replaced, but my “less-than-tall” navigator will be happy to have a step she can reach…

Oh, and taxes… I guess I better get them done and send a check… sigh…
