Hello all. Life got crazy in 2024. I'm still here, but Bronco is in the shop. The fix they did on the manual transmission apparently needed to be done again this time with newer servos. Then they tried to do the update on the screen. I think was the latest recall. We'll my Bronco didn't take it. They have now been trying for a month to get Ford to agree to replace the APM module I think it is. They are going to let me take it home tomorrow if they don't hear anything by end of day. We need our F150 to go in for some work on the transmission so they are going to take it when we pick up the Bronco. It's always something.

Are your rings painted or powder coated (letting my ignorance shine)?

They are painted with a Chrome type of paint, very strong stuff!
I’ll get the name of it when I get home.

Just to let you know, we don’t serve as much alcohol here as we used to, but we have some fine people that know how to make a mean Coffee, so pull up a chair and kick back and relax and enjoy a nice fresh cup of some Go-Go Juice…..

I bought the original flush mounts when I got the Bronco two years ago… One failed this past month, and though out of warranty, they replaced it (for $27 shipping)… GREAT COMPANY to work with (IMHO)…

If I were to buy today I would buy the blacked out flush-mounts, and possibly add the amber inserts…
