Good Wednesday Morning, Kids!

This is the weirdest weather as we‘re waking up to rain and 43° ABOVE this morning, with a day of rain and 46° as the high later today… Original plan was to head across the mountains today for a high school reunion meeting tonight, but the passes are going to see LOTS of snow and ice today, and we can call into the meeting… There was a time we would just go and not worry about it, as schedules tended to force our hands… Now retired we chat a lot more about the idiots on the road with us and whether or not we really need to fight the crappy weather at highway speeds…

Cafe Verona from Starbucks is brewing this morning, and looking forward to a season or two of travel so I can secure some local coffees as my stash has pretty well dwindled to the usual suspects… I will keep the coffee brewing all day as y’all are dealing with bitter cold and some snow… I’m thinking biscuits and gravy this morning for @Darrel and anyone else who happens through the door… Will have a couple of hot sauces available for those who need a little kick in their gravy…
