Good morning all you crazy cats! Thanks for coffee, more coffee and toons! I have some pods to share if anyone needs refills. Biscuit and gravy sounds great, anyone got some? Lol
We got off work yesterday at 3pm and it is a 3 day weekend! Jeff has a friend flying in today from IN. And we get hit with that artic blast tomorrow. High is like in the freaking 30's, but way warmer than IN.
Jeff ran some errands yesterday! It's perked him up some that we have company coming.
Good news from @Kenneth!
On a FB group on the town I grew up with, a neighbor and classmate since kindergarten posted about his cancer. Damn this old age crap is hitting way too close to home! And to some really good people. We are born dying, but shoot dang!
I will be a good human today! I will not shove anyone or run them over with my cart at Walmart or Costco. I promise, I really will not do it!

High suicide rate for military personnel in Greenland. I can't imagine living in Greenland. I can't stand living in New England! One of my high school teachers was stationed in Greenland. He told us that soldiers would jump off the buildings.

A little less dramatic, but:
In the 1960s, Navy Corps men stationed in Guam were stuck with a 2-year deployment. That was so stultifyingly boring, they would volunteer for a year's duty in Vietnam to get home and stateside sooner.

Same here with the LDL mine is still out of range at 113, but still working on it.
I just went up to 40mg of Atorvistatin, hoping this helps to bring down the LDL.

Yeah, 3 yrs on state statins here. Started w/ Lipitor, but that pill made me even more confused than normal. Heck, I would get lost driving home at night from our son’s house!

Crestor’s a little better, some cramps & feet nerve issues, but at least can find my way home..
