6 ABOVE the zero some wind and overnight snow means a short morning here for this gashole. Yesterday's delivery will be here at 08:00 this morning. so gotta make the donuts (plow the plant) for this cat.

We ended up with about 3” last night and still expecting 3 to 5 more inches over the next couple of days….

Looking at a 19° above the zero this morning, and that’s not Celsius either other wise it would be 66° out, and that wouldn’t be too bad.
We ended up with about 3” last night and still expecting 3 to 5 more inches over the next couple of days….

Good Saturday Morning, Kids!
Sure sign of old age… you spend Saturday morning watching the Weather Channel to see all the craziness from around the country rather than Loonie Toons…

If you know folks in the fire zones I hope they are safe. It’s going to be a long, slow recovery, and the area may never look the same again… There will be lots of finger-pointing, and lots of tough decisions, but the rebuilding will happen… Be good to those hurting…

They are estimating $20BIllion in losses, so for fun let‘s say that’s off by a factor of two… $40Billion in losses… My bride pointed out that the world’s richest man could cover that and never feel it… She wasn’t saying he should, but was pointing out the vast disparity today between the common man and the uber-wealthy…

Today we will get wet stuff down here in the valleys, and lots of white stuff up high. Thinking I might go for a drive in the Bronco as I haven’t been behind the wheel in awhile. Maybe see if I can find something messy to trudge through.

Congrats to Notre Dame and OSU… You both played worthy opponents to great outcomes in classic games! Was pretty fun to see former roommates square off in the final fumble recovery/touchdown sequence of last night’s game.

Take some time to reach out to someone you haven’t seen or talked to in awhile today… it will put a smile on your face.
