Ford Pass Activation Errors

I'm of the lucky few that have taken receipt of their bronco's this year. Ive clocked just under 100 miles on it so far, with only 9.6 on it when I picked it up on 7/20/21.

For those of you with broncos, did you have any issues connecting/activating your bronco with your mobile Ford Pass app? I keep getting errors.

Ive tried a bunch of various ways to connect; turn off Wifi, turn on wifi. Turn off Cell, turn on Cell.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Side note, these vehicles are amazing.

Sweet Bronco! You might be able to start here with our guide but we don't really talk about trouble shooting. Have any screen shots of the errors?

Nope, nothing popped up on my Sync-4 display in the vehicle

Odd.

There is a help number included with the app, (833) 385-0512. Maybe they can help?
After 45min of walking through some troubleshooting issues, the technician had to escalate it. They then called me back and approved me to go and get a TCU reprogram from my dealer. That SHOULD fix the issue. Im going friday to get that squared away.
