I’m assuming it’s a fit thing, but lifting soft top to gain access to cargo area feels off, like there is an impingement of some sort. Today with snow , leaking into inside tailgate . Any fix suggestions so I don’t break it?

It’s been a while since I watched the “How to” video on the soft top but I know there were some very particular steps on how to open and close and remove the soft top. Go to the how to section and take a look at the video. Maybe there is some mystery step that needs to be done? Good luck and keep us posted. Maybe someone else had the same issue and figured it out.

Take a look at the video maybe there is something there? I hope this helps. When I go to the dealership they never know how it works or even try to explain how it functions.

Sounds like your soft top is not fully seated/clipped into the 2 side fold down clips that you need to press up when lifting the rear of the soft top.

When closing the soft top try pushing it down with some force to ensure the clips on reach side engage or check each side to confirm they are fully clipped down to geez out the elements. Good luck!
