Hey Bronco Nation,

I know that there are plenty of people who have bought a Bronco and don't plan to take it off-road. However, in this forum, I'd think that most of us are planning to hit the dirt once we take delivery of our Broncos. This is our thread for memorializing and sharing that first trail you took your new Bronco on. Post a pic, tell where you went and how the Bronco did on its first dirt.

I'm itching - I've had it for a week and a half and have put 450 miles on it... another 550 to go until I'm through the break in period before doing any real off-roading .. can't wait. Here was something I got in the meantime though

Exploring the backyard mountains of New Mexico from where I live, this was 6 days after receiving my Badlands bronco on July 25, 2022. Started from Tohatchi church road and climbed to the cellular towers overlooking the small community with my friend Chris in his Jeep. Continued to find our way to Whiskey Lake and then Long lake, before stopping at the Enroute Radar Center or as the locals call it the gulf ball.

Back in the day Lol. This is actually up behind Robinson ranchería “know as pile rd, on the reservation looking out over the lake. Hope it comes soon for you!!

First Dirt in BLM / National Forest with beautiful weather near Lake Isabella, CA yesterday.

After seeing the swaybar disconnect with the Rubicon and Bronco Raptor on the trail I'm a little jealous, haha. Down-hill assist was a first time use for me and the 1 pedal driving was clutch on some of the downhill switchbacks.

Yeah, I think dirt/gravel roads are still roads. So refer to them as off pavement. When the road ends and the trail begins is when you are off road. ;)
