With the latest Build & Price update, Ford introduced the factory removable Hoop Step option. The $395 steps are available on all series except Bronco Raptor. Both 2- and 4-door models can be optioned with the steps, but Base requires a 2-door.
Ford has confirmed that the rail for the Hoop Step option has a different profile than the Bronco’s available rock sliders, and that it will not hold the weight of the vehicle.
Pictured above is a look at the steps on and off the vehicle. If you’ve already taken delivery of a Bronco and would like to add this option, the rail and steps will be available through Ford Performance on the dealer channel, with stock coming this summer.
