What does the production to delivery timeline look like.

I was told by my dealership yesterday it could take 4-5 months between build and delivery... I really hope this is wrong because after 22 months of waiting I finally got a build date and I really don't want to wait another 5 months.

Yea, talked with my aunt that's an exec with a rail company and said they are weeks behind due to employee shortages

Thanks. My dealer dealer said 45 days minimum and that they have some customers that the Bronco is built but stuck waiting on transportation for as long as 3 months.

I have a build week of 6/13. My dealer told me that It might take as long as until october to have it delivered. I was hoping to have it for at least part of the summer. Guess not!

If that's your first build date, best of luck on that even sticking too!!

as long as your build date sticks, to complete the build it should only take about a week. but then the problems start. chip, and transport will be your problem. i was bumped 4x on my build date.

Any updated information related to this question? I have my build date for my Raptor, just curious to any new info on the timeline from build date to delivery.

MY23 here. Built on 12-17-2022. Dealer told me 4 weeks, possibly a bit longer due to the holidays, for it to be delivered to them...we'll see lol.

UPDATE (12-20-2022) - got the "built" email from Ford today. Estimated delivery is 12-19-2022 to 12-25-2022. The waiting continues...

And of course, production date pushed into January. To be expected.

Built 11-4, shipped 11-14, arrived at the dealer 11-13. Spent two weeks in the rail yard 6 miles from the dealer.

Production date 12/1 built 12/9 sales rep said without problems at dealer 1/2 or 1/3 then they need 24 hrs with it

Got the "Built" email on 12/7 and crickets since then. Still waiting on a "Ship" date.

Productions date 12/15 built 12/16
if everything goes right with shipping my general sales manager said ETA is 1/10

Mine was scheduled for 12/12 ("week of" it turns out), but window sticker didn't show until 12/15 (though dated 12/13) which was my blend date. Then on 12/19 the tracker switched to show "built" with a 12/18 date and my "built" email came 12/20. No shipping info (though dealer says week of Jan 7-13) or the Bronco "baby" picture yet from Ford.

So I think things happen late in your scheduled build week as a normal course, but the communications lag the events by a few days. I worried early last week that I was going to get bumped and possibly not get built until Jan, but in retrospect should have given it less stress until Thurs/Fri.

I bet you start seeing production indicators tomorrow or Friday. I think they are shutting down production for next week, so hopefully you get through the line. Good luck!

My build is a 2023 4dr Badlands, 2.7L, Hot Pepper Red, Lux package, Tow package, with MIC hardtop. The production scheduled email provided the date as the week of 12/5/2022 for build. In Production and Built dates were ultimately reported as 12/13/2022 on the tracker. My Bronco arrived at the dealer on 12/16/2022 and I pick it up this afternoon. I assume the good fortune on the short timing from the build date to arrival is due to the fact that my dealer is about 5 hours from MAP via convoy.

It has been a long time since my Dec 2020 reservation date, Jan 2021 original order, and finally, Nov 2022 reorder for the 2023 model. I am really glad the Bronco is here and hope for speedy build and delivery dates for everyone still in the queue. I should also note that my dealer, Pearson Ford, has been great throughout this arduous process.

The "baby" picture usually shows up after you take delivery of your Bronco. I got a baby picture from my OBX order about a month after I took delivery.
