7/14 reservation date with FORD as well but have email confirmation from my dealer that sent me verification on 7/13 at 21:00 so who knows where I really am in line.
I don't understand how anyone could have a July 13, 2020 reservation date. Even as others have suggested the Ford systems are using GMT time - Below is a record of my confirmation dated on July 13 showing a reservation date of July 14. My bank account was also hit for the $100 on July 13. Since the reservations were scheduled to open at 8pm EDT that would be 12:00am on July 14. (I've yet to see someone post a reservation date of July 13)
Notice the receive date, on the right, showing July 13 with the reservation date, at the bottom, showing July 14?
This is from an email showing the time the reservations start
Edit: I had emailed Ford customer service to help explain this to me and they never responded.
EDIT #2: To further confuse things, the email source data for my confirmations indicates they are using PDT:

I’ll put the debate to bed, there is a time stamp. See below for the first 10 of 500 reservations my dealer sent this AM. These are the reservations they hold and I’m about number 400 with a 8/4 reservation. My dealer is on the west coast and I don’t know which time zone is used for the list.

Insomnia persists :)
I would want to see 'apples to apples' comparison. If, for example, reservation (10) - #10125422 could share the same information I shared? Otherwise, I can't see how I would not also be July 13 on your list.

I live in Washington so we're in Pacific Time. After the reveal and when the orders opened up I know the system was having all sorts of issues. Eventually I did get my reservation in the first night. So if the reservation system was using EDT it would have been a July 13th reservation date (since I was in before 12am EDT), but since it's highly likely the automated date value from the email is GMT, you get the 14th. So I agree that from an email perspective it's highly unlikely that anyone has an email with the date of the 13th. It's most likely the system that stores the data with the timestamps has the accurate information, just we can't see it. Personally I'd go by the email timestamp (accounting for time zones and just basing off of EDT) and ignoring the date in the actual email.

Working with software that uses date/time functionality it could just be a difference between what the system was using for the content of the email vs when the email was sent. In short, many times a system uses a script or stored value to set the date in the content of an email. Depending how that value was set, many systems use GMT to store the date/time and scripts will display the appropriate date/time format based on time zone of the system or user. In this scenario, the confirmation email may just display the stored value without correcting for time zone. Hence the day later than the actual reservation. As others have pointed out, and based on this thread, it doesn't appear to show a correlation between Reservation Number and Timestamp. You would expect the numbers to be sequential and you wouldn't have a lower res number with a later timestamp, but the example from this post show there can be.

I'm a SQL data guy. I'm with you on this description. I think there would be more of a correlation with date_time and reservation numbers if not for the system crashes on the first night. It would be good to see the full list of 500 reservations from Tilzbow to see if a correlation could be discerned.
This is a basic cluster. If you were on "Data Source A" when it crashed, you may not get a timestamp until it comes back online (10-15 minutes maybe) while "Source B" and "Source C" are still chugging away. Crashing, of course, is not supposed to happen. It can result in lost, corrupt, or delayed data. Depends on the programmers skillset.

Want to know your exact timestamp with Ford? Call 800-334-4375. Ask to speak with a Bronco specialist. Ask them what the exact time is on your timestamp, not just the date.
Thanks. Just called. The woman I spoke with was very nice and in no rush to get off the phone. She confirmed that my reservation 'Timestamp' is consistent with the time I received the email from them as July 13. She was unaware that the email I and others received and the reservation page in my Ford account both say July 14th as a reservation date and does not know why it says July 14. She also said she is getting lots of calls about this :)

Ford cannot get their systems to work correctly. I printed. My reservations when I made them one on 7/13 and one on 7/14. Neither one shows a time stamp. When I log on to Ford.com it shows the wrong date for my reservations it shows the 7/13 one as 7/14. The last two emails I got showed the 7/13 one as 7/14 and the 7/14 one as 7/15? When I call Ford they tell me in the system my first reservation shows as 7/13 at 22:24. I asked them to confirm that via email or a screen shot and they told me they could not it’s proprietary. Really you think Ford could get something like this correct, have no faith my reservations will be processed in the correct order. Very FrustratingAs many of us are finding out, allocation may push all but day one people out for 2021 Broncos ( depending on which dealership, etc...). Therefore, some , but not all, day 2 or 3 people may have a shot at a 2021. Question is this, “Will day 2 people be differentiated from other day 2 people by the time of day the reservation was made?” If so, is it recorded somewhere that we can see the official time? I am hoping this will be the case and that dealers will use this criteria since I have a very early day 2 reservation. Thanks for response!

Try calling 800-334-4375. The time seems to be pretty consistent with the "congrats" emailFord cannot get their systems to work correctly. I printed.
