Priority Codes???

Sent an email to the GM at my LFD and I am now a priority code 10. He also told me I was in the top 18 and will be getting a Bronco. :D

This was an email I received from the GM at my LFD. I'm hoping the 2.7 and SAS don't delay it. I am in the top 18 at my LFD.

What’s the context for “18”? Was that the number of allocations your LFD got?

As stated a million times in various threads including this one the Bronco PRIORITY CODES (outside 99) mean NOTHING!! As Ford has repeated they are going by reservation time stamps NOT priority codes!!

Ummm, I think you misread his question. He was asking if "18" was the allocations his Local Ford Dealer had.

It was a general statement as no one seems to understand there is NO priority numbers with the Bronco LOL The dead horse has been beaten over and over LOL

I live in a small town. That is the number of allocations my LFD has.

If you are under that number then you MIGHT be good to get one in 2021, otherwise it's 2022 or go to another dealer close with allocations that your reservation number puts you in their allocations potentially

Mine here in Denver has said I'm well within their allocations but I wont believe anything until Ford puts together their production schedule and gives me a date. Otherwise it's really just talk at this point in time

I'm an early 7/13 reservation(10:17PM EST). I was told I was number 14 of 18 from my salesman. Hard to believe in the small town I live in that there was 13 other reservations before mine on 7/13.

I think dealers are going off of what the Ford system put for a dealer from the get go (like Granger commented yesterday), it originally selected a dealer half way across Denver when I have one about 5 miles from me that I put my order in with. I guess we all will see in May where we fall and what the outcome is LOL fingers crossed otherwise I will have to damn redesign with all the 22MY options then LOL

Where do you find the priority code?my dealer didn’t give me any paperwork, but took my $100 reservation fee and a $1000 deposit and ran a credit check, and ford.com shows my order placed.Classic Ford Columbia, willnot tell me their allocation or my placement.

Look at the order that Slashracer posted above. It says priority 10.

It would be on your pre order paper your dealer gave you should be top middle

My dealer also emailed me a .pdf of the completed order details with that on it.

I know this could be a dumb question, but an order cannot currently be placed (e.g. manual transmission and Sasquatch), meaning the code 99 would not be official, just written down. So, should I build say everything minus the Sasquatch in order to make an official order and then request it be code 99? Would that be how I would reserve my timestamp for early 22 build? Sorry, many thanks!
