I am absolutely gutted! My VIN came up hot for the stop order due to the seat belt recall. If it was built one day later it would have been outside of the build window. Now there is a stop sale on the problem batch, so I apparently cannot take delivery until it is fixed. My Bronco is in "Built" status and apparently released for shipment since 6/20, but now I have to wait until Q4 when they have the parts available? I don't know if it is even worth waiting for at this point.

RemedyFord Motor Company is working closely with its suppliers to produce parts for this repair. When parts become available, Ford Motor Company will notify you via mail to schedule a service appointment with your dealer for repairs to be completed free of charge parts and labor. Parts are anticipated to be available fourth quarter 2023.

It happened and I'm staring at the email in shock! My Jan 22, 2022 order has been scheduled!! Week of August 21st it's supposed to happen. WOW!! I really didn't think it would happen and it was going to be pushed to MY2024. Funny thing is, it's scheduled build just a month after my 2nd order. So i'm about to have two - 2dr Wildtraks within a month of each other but ordered 15 months apart - insane!!!

My Bronco hit the rails this week, and I also got some good news on the recall. It looks like the fix was put in place before it left MI, and my VIN has officially been updated to show "no open recalls." Looks like I finally may be able to take delivery within a week or so!

Thank you! I was honestly settling in for the long haul after the latest news, but I am so excited that the wait is finally almost over. Maybe this thread will finally be coming to an end once you take delivery! I can't imagine there are many of us left from last January.

Build day is Aug 25th for my order. It's getting closer! I think I'm the last of us left now that this point. Pretty sure I barely got in for scheduling too but I made it! Hoping can close down this thread in 6-8 weeks with a bgg ol "We all got our Broncos!!" :)

Is there anyone here who didn't get scheduled or hasn't taken delivery yet (besides me)?

My Bronco is almost here! It's just outside of St. Louis on the train. Next stop Wentzville to be unloaded and taken to the dealership! The kicker is when i talked to my sales guy about what my out the door price will be, he said there's no such thing as price protection and that I'll get my certificate amount off for the MY Transition offer but i have to pay the current MSRP, not what I signed for when i did the conversion. Yeah, that didn't set will with me, so i told him we need to get this worked out before I make the drive to the dealership. He agreed, he said he didn't want me coming in not happy, lol. The sales manager is to call me Monday. Fingers crossed we can get this worked out and I'll take delivery sometime next week.

Have you called Ford Customer Service? Could be a good source to verify what your salesman is telling you.

I spoke with Ford Customer Service and they verified that the price protection within the model year (that I tried explaining to my sales guy) is correct and they verified the $2500 certificate for cancelling or changing my order will not work, thought my MY Transition Private off will work. So now I'm waiting for the call from the Sales Manager to see what he says, hoping he has it all straightened out.
