Order not showing in Ford Owner

I can’t even get an order number from my dealer. Ordered on 8/9. He says there isn’t one because Ford has not accepted my order yet.
Anyone know if this sounds correct?

I wouldn’t worry about it ( you or OP). You’re going to have to place a new 2022 order in September anyway.

I suppose it’ll still be timestamped from my original order number so doesn’t matter if I get my order in earlier for MY22?

I placed my order a couple week back (yes, I know it'll be awhile) but I have the order confirmation and even the order number from the dealer. However, when I log into the owner.ford.com website, I do not see my order in the "Order & Reservations" section. I used the same email and everything that my account was created with. Anyone know if/when it will show up or long of a delay there is?

I think it’s some kind of a glitch. I have a sport on order since March and in order to find the tracking I have to go back to one of the emails and follow the links from there. If I log into the Ford site and look for orders and reservations I only see the reservation for the Wildtrak I plan to order but not for the sport.

I ordered on 8/12 (so 3 days after you) and was able to see it under Reservations and Orders later that day.

Ford’s website relies heavily on cookies. If you have 3rd party cookies blocked in your browser, it can screw things up. I also often get errors about stale cookies on Ford’s website. One easy way to test if it’s a cookies issue is to open an incognito/private browsing tab and then try to log in again. If that fixes it, then you would need to figure out how to clear your cookies in your regular browser to get to update correctly.

If you placed your order directly at the dealership without making an order, it will not show up. I had the same issue when I reordered my bronco. My second order was made without a reservation and it would did show up on my Ford account. After calling the dealership, they confirmed it was ordered and explained why it wont show up on the Ford account. Something about it being 2 different computer systems or something like that.
