no VIN yet here: 2dr base sasquatch ordered Jan 11 2022

Same - ordered 1/12/22: 4dr, Badlands (non-squatch), lux, no tow, hardtop, MT

My order was 11/2021 (reservation 7/2020) and went into production last week. We’ll see how long that takes.

The first week of January.

Update for y'all. Ordered January 12th, 2022 with no reservation. Dealer originally told me 18-24 months before delivery. Just got the call last week that it'll be delivered mid-September! Seems like production has picked up. Just fyi though, I never received any emails from Ford besides the Order Confirmation, so to be honest I was pretty blindsided. Excited though!

ordered 1/25, i'm sure they are tired of me calling every month.

I'm sure i'll probably be MY23

I haven't received a vin yet, and I am probably looking at a 23. I really think Ford needs to prioritze orders by date taken. I can't imagine how people feel that have been waiting 2 years, especially seeing others who have placed an order at a later date receiving them before they do.

I always assumed it would be 12 months given my order date, constraints and allocations so I’m not really surprised. In another 10 days we’ll have some more info on 23s so it will be interesting to see who’s happy or mad about getting pushed from 22.

No one has been waiting on an order for two years. Production started in May of 21. Kinda tired of hearing people refer to their reservation date as the start of the wait. They knew when they placed a reservation they would be waiting a while for production to start. Then add those that placed orders at under allocated dealers to get a couple grand discount and I really don’t have much sympathy.

I ordered Jan 28, 2022, my Sales Manager told me I'll be pushed to MY23 a few weeks back. At this point, I'm good with being pushed. Hoping for that painted mod top the Wildtrak was originally suppose to come with, could I be so lucky?

Granger and others offered discounts when order banks opened up trying to increase their allocations (under-allocated dealers). Well established history for anyone who is interested... or you can spend your day calling people names. FWIW- I don't fault Granger for doing this. They played the allocation game as the rules were written but Ford changed the rules after the game started and it appears Granger has been going out of their way to be open and honest with their order holders.

If your order converts to a 2023, you will have to reconfirm your order with your dealer and they will have to resubmit it (at least that's my understanding) you can make any changes you want at that time and if your color is no longer available, you'll have to pick a new color. Hope this helps.

Just spoke to FMC this morning and looks like I'm in a 2023. She said if I don't have a VIN# by 8/25/22, plan on a 23. 1/25/22 walk-in dealer order --Bronco base 2/dr, auto, roof rails/cyber orange. MSPP on contract was $29,300 and MSRP changed to $30,800 mid-year. Hard telling what new MSRP price will be on 2023 Bronco base. When I go in the dealer to convert my order to 23, what MSRP price should I expect to pay dealer on my new contract? I know I don't qualify for price protection, but is there any room for getting close to the old MSRP prices? I'm buying from a larger FMC dealership in the Greensboro, NC area.

I read on here that only original new orders back in 2020 that were pushed to later year orders had price protection from FMC.

I think I read differently. But so many sources we honestly don’t know until Ford announces it
