Ford leaving me in the dark.... again

Still haven't heard anything on my order. Dealership says contact Ford. Ford says contact dealership. Bronco support line says "we have a voucher certificate for you! go to your dealership to redeem it".

So I go, giddy to get something as a small token of appreciation from Ford. Salesman pulls up the voucher, it is a "customer loyalty voucher" for up to $2,000. Does NOT apply to the Bronco. So its worthless.

Dealership keeps getting orders in that people have backed out of. They are selling them for $15-25k ADM citing Ford's order name match quota.

At this point it is just frustrating that we are getting no where with no information. And being forced into MY23, with higher interest rates does not help.

That is odd! Ford told me that my Cash Loyalty Voucher is basically my price protection. I get to take 2,995.00 off of my Badlands 2 dr Sas that Ford says will arrive between 12/10 and 12/16.
