I ordered a Bronco Raptor that came off the production line on 1-6-24 and hasn't been delivered yet. My dealer can't get an answer back from his Regional Rep on what the holdup is. The Ford Customer service rep told me that it was put on a Quality Assurance hold on 1-12-24 and there hasn't been any update since. I spoke to a Customer Service Supervisor this morning and all they could tell me was that he was sorry for the delay. 2 1/2 months with no update??? Ford needs to step up, but I can't get to the right people. Does anybody have another avenue for me to contact and get an answer?

I am gonna say it is the rear side window glass issue. Many have been sitting and on another thread it appears that there is now a fix for the issue and they are starting to ship.

I have seen other people on Bronco Nation that had a vehicle delivered to them this year that was produced after mine was, so it doesn't make sense. This is the first that I have heard of a rear side window issue. Is this issue only with the Raptor models or all 4 door models? I just spoke to the recall department and was told that my Vin # does not have a recall on it. And he passed me on to another talking head that told me the status of the vehicle is that it is "Still in Production" And I can find that by looking on Ford's vehicle tracking site. Thanks for your response.

From what I’ve seen posted it is for pretty much each variation of the Bronco for a specific time period. But keep in mind if it was QC hold it could be anything. Doesn’t even mean it was a recall. When mine was built it had a QC hold for an interior trim piece. Took a couple of weeks for it to be released for shipping and then it sat for month waiting to ship, and another couple of weeks to ship and transport to the dealership. I think my production date was September 2nd and I picked it up on November 15th.

I’m over a month longer than your issue and it still hasn’t shipped, or at the dealer. This means I have at least two or more weeks even if it ships today. My main issue is that neither my dealer or I can get an update or answer from Ford On what is going on.

Unless you get lucky on the Bronco help line and actually get a person who knows how to check, they aren’t much help. Have your vin and production date and any info about the hold. It sucks and there isn’t anything you can do about it. Just curious as to your color you want and your location. Apparently Granger Ford, I think in Iowa has 3 2024 Braptors for sale at 2% below invoice. Not MSRP, but invoice.

I read your post about you getting yours even though it was built after mine was, Michael. That just put more coal on my fire.😒 I also just called Granger Ford in Iowa and they only have the 2023 models in stock and not the color that the wife wants. They said that they don't have any more allocation for 2024 on that model. Thanks again.

What color are you looking for?

White. My dealer contacted about 30 minutes ago and said he was told by a rep that it was a priority to get it shipped. Still wasn’t told why they haven't released it.

That's a terrible idea, when do we start?

There's a white one sitting on the lot at Autonation Ford Valencia...

My dealership has a beautiful velocity blue Raptor here in Arizona. They are excellent to deal with. And their dealership group has a really nice MY23 with 11,250 miles for $87,595
