@HarrySquatch, you are not alone. I got the same email this afternoon. Now to try and ascertain what the issues are. I had a two week, post production hold on my 2022 due to a bad interior trim piece. And don’t get me started on the shipping delays!

Zero meaningful updates. Still lingering in the, “in production“ status with the QA hold. It’s been a month since it went on the hold. Seems like others are starting to ship after a month on the QA hold. But who knows!

Reached out to the customer service hotline and was told it still shows in production but shows it has shipped. I am pretty sure that if it has moved it is to the ramp waiting to ship. It showed a delivery between 4/20 and 4/25. I don’t believe that for a second. Dealership looked at it and told me that it now has a green check where the QA hold had been and the same shipping date information and that they now have a dealership stock number assigned. Oh, and it definitely isn’t on the rail shipment that arrived in El Mirage yesterday. So….who knows. If I know how Ford’s information flows, it will be in my driveway before the shipped status shows up!🤣🫣
