Join us on the grounds of the Deschutes County Expo Center for a place to stay plus Bronco Basecamp programing –– fireside chats, morning coffee, Bronco Off-Roadeo Trail Guide-led drives, a recovery class, and more!
If you’ve attended a Bronco Basecamp with us before, then you know this is a kind of gathering you won’t want miss. And if we haven’t gotten to host you yet, we would love to be able to serve you this time: Basecamps are a perfect way to meet others in the community, use your Bronco or Sport off-road under guidance, and enjoy some beautiful locations.
The Overview
Overland Expo PNW gives motorcycle and 4x4 adventure travel enthusiasts a place to see hundreds of off-roading and overlanding vendors, go to classes and demonstrations, and explore some cool equipment and builds.
Like last year, Bronco Nation will be hosting a member-exclusive Bronco Basecamp right on the expo grounds. Think festival-style camping with a stepped-up option, overlanding, Off-Roadeo guided trail drives, campfires, a kickoff party, and more.
In between the BN activities, browse the exhibitors, take a class, or hang out with the community at Basecamp –– there will be plenty to do and see!
Details and Registration
Registration for Bronco Basecamp opens Wednesday, May 22, at 9 PM ET/6PM PDT. Watch for an article on the Bronco Nation homepage with additional details and the link to sign up at that time.
Your reservation of a site gives you a camping spot inside Bronco Basecamp, access to the trail drives, campfires, and recovery class.

Accommodations available:
- Your tent/overlanding setup (25' x 20): $99 per site
- BN-provided glamping tent (35' x 25'): $399 per site
The same awesome glamping tents from Overland Expo PNW 2023 are back for 2024! Each tent comes set up with a queen memory foam mattress, pillows, sheets and duvet, bed frame, and more.
Or, bring your own tent, roof top tent, or small travel trailer (OE-PNW allows trailers up to 13’).
