Looks like they may have started doing some production test runs of the Gen 6 Ranger at MAP.

The shifter appears to be one of the next "lay flat" generation shifters that lay flat and fit into there only little space like the shifters found on the F150s. Once this shifter goes into the console recess, the console lid flips over to give you a fairly large, flat work surface.

Nice pics. I wonder how good fat folks like me would fit in it?? Then again the wife would likely steal it anyway. I'd take it over a taco, unless Ford dealer try's charging 500K mark up per the usual.

Ps-wipe your damn feet off OR put something on the floor to protect from scuffs/dirt. Its a new car not your car

This makes me so sad that @Ford Motor Company would release this for our brothers overseas but leave us high and dry..... And it's made here! I love the look of this new Ranger Raptor and hope to see it here in good ole USA🇺‍🇲

The Raptor is for the US for the 2024 Gen 6.

This makes me very happy! I thought they originally said it was not going to be for American market but they indeed are allowing us to have it here😎 this is great news.

I wonder if the dual tipped exhaust means it will be paired with the 3.5L V6.

Dear Ford,

See that manual transmission you offer overseas??? I love you long time if you bring that here.

Signed,
me

No... 3.0L V6. Same thing that's in the Bronco Raptor.

The real question is if it'll get the 2.7L V6. Overseas the Ranger has diesel engine options. Obviously we won't get those here, but they may offer the 2.7L V6 instead. The 2.7L V6 and the 3.0L V6 are extremely similar engines, and the logistical links are already in place to get the 2.7L shipped from Ohio to Michigan Assembly for the Bronco.

Also... supposedly the big hold-up on the Sasquatch parts are the wheels and tires. And I'm noticing this Ranger has unique wheels and is running BFG KO2 tires, so likely isn't stealing parts from the Bronco. Although it does look like the wheels are available from Ford Performance if you like 'em.

The RRaptor is more like a Badlands with Lux, Fox live valve shocks/struts, 3.0TT engine and minus the sway bar disconnect.

I have my name on a waiting list at two Dealerships offering MSRP and will most likely be refusing my Bronco 2Dr that just got a production date, if Ford doesn't place an absurd price on it that's close to what the Bronco Raptor costs.

Isn't the Bronco Raptor running BFG KO2 tires?

Yup. The standard Badlands (non-Sasquatch) tire is also the BFG KO2. Bronco Raptor is running 37s, Badlands is running 33s... these look like they are also 33s, but hard to tell.

I don’t think many people are going to be able to afford it. Ford has gone out of there minds with prices 🤬
