Not really Bronco news per-say... but the Ranger is a very close cousin to the Ford Bronco—they are both on the same platform, and both produced at the same assembly plant in Michigan—so I thought I'd post it anyway.
Price Starts at around $35,000 for the base XL model, with the Ranger Raptor starting around $57,000. Some noteworthy things that may give us clues as to what Ford intends on doing for the 2024MY Bronco....

No-can-do boss. I need the truck bed once a year to drive mulch home from Home Depot for my wife's flower garden in the spring, but the rest of the year I want to drive around in luxury. I'll take one of those F-150 Platinum crew cabs please.
😜
(For real though, I've been asked to get mulch for 2 months now and I have no way to get it home 'cause my Bronco is in pieces at the moment.)
so far I’ve bought 1 bronco 🤷♂️ And that one when my daughter . Keep using covers a lot of ground. It’s still doesn’t Change the fact Ford could care less. Just say’n.
I like the Ranger. I just don't need a pickup truck. But if I did, I would consider one. They're decently proportioned and appointed, and I'm sure very useful, particularly if you're a homeowner.
It’s so small and there’s little if any better mileage than the F150…. I would probably look at a Tacoma before I looked at a Ranger… Although the Maverick harkens me back to my years in my 2005 SportTrac…. Fun Fun Fun

The SportTrac was awesome. One of those vehicles that I felt like I shouldn’t like, but yet I loved it.
I too have a lot of interest in the Maverick, and it may become my next daily driver to once the Focus reaches the end of its useful life. Given the option I’d buy another Focus, but obviously not sold here and the only equivalent car I’d even consider buying (Toyota Corolla) is only marginally cheaper than the Maverick. So why not?

I would certainly consider a Maverick if I wanted something smaller than my F150…

Which is why I now always order what I want rather than what’s available on the lot… I would rather wait and get what I want… MSRP is the current fact of life, so its just as easy to order and wait, for me…
In terms of transmissions, I’ve had three 10-speed automatics with no issue, and in fact have never had a serious problem with a Ford transmission...
