Tailgate Rattle

I recently noticed a rattling noise from my tailgate, and it was probably being caused by 35" aftermarket wheel i have.
I then ordered the Hammer Built tailgate reinforcement bracket and installed it but the rattling won't go away.

Has anyone else installed the tailgate bracket and still had the noises?
Any advice?

What is the weight of the aftermarket wheel and tire on the back? Also, have you made sure the wheel is securely attached?

There are a couple of rubber bumpers that stick out from the tailgate that are supposed to put pressure on the tire when the tire is attached to the tailgate. If you have a different offset on the rim, maybe the bumpers are not actually touching the tire.
