As I patiently wait for my Bronco, has anyone considered or tried to get a relationship going with their local service dept to gauge the knowledge they have for Bronco service. I'm sort of old school and try to build trust and a get to know your face before "just showing up"?

In the past this has worked for me in other areas but not for car service. I have very basic car skills and the extent of my car repair is replacing the head gaskets on my old ranger. Very unfamiliar with newer engines and don't know shit about suspension. Obviously we have warranty coverage but I would feel much more comfortable if I knew the service department was skilled.

Here is an example...I for sure didn't know about the fluids being reversed....would your service department?

Pardon the 6g post but we are all family here.....plus Bronco Nation was used as a reference in this article.

It is a concern for some issue but the only way for them to get experience is to do it. I know Ford had a program for the service department to get familiar with the Bronco but there's only so much you can learn without actually getting your hands dirty.
No issue with linking posts, good information is still good information no matter where it came from as long as it is accurate.
