Hello,

I JUST picked up my 2024 Bronco Raptor on Saturday...then on Sunday innocently went to install mudflaps. The installation of the fronts required removal of a bolt within the front wheel well (that the mudflap would then be secured with. One bolt was able to be removed, but on my right side, the bolt will not unscrew - just turns and turns (in either direction). I have attached an image from an image I found showing the location.

My question is - does anyone have any experience with the rock rails or the rock rail to wheel well interface highlighted? When I go to a ford parts site, the rock rails show NOTHING of a connection into the side of the rock rail. I am trying to see what I need to buy to fix this issue, or if this was an integral part of the rock rail, and now that part is perhaps free spinning or otherwise broken (meaning the rail itself requires replacement). I have highlighted what could be the interface that is broken. Looking for the part number for the bolt itself, the part that would interface with the bolt (or confirmation this is not a separate item)?

Thank you all in advance!

Sounds like you got the weathertech flaps as I did. Mine went on flawlessly. Im thinking the welded nut on the rockrail either stripped or is unattached on yours.

Thank you very much! You were correct - and my Dealer replaced the rock rail for the issue. Have a good day!
