Broncos don't come with "printed/paper" owners manuals?

I finally decided to pull out my owners manual to get caught up with all things "my Bronco". There was no owners manual!!!! just a supplemental guide.
I called my dealership up and spoke to a guy in service/parts. He informed me that the Broncos don't have owner manuals right now and that Ford has had an ongoing problem with Owners manuals ???????
Has anybody dealt with this? It seems incredulous that of all the problems Broncos have had that another one is printed owner manuals???
Help

I downloaded and printed out my 2023 Bronco Owner's Manual yesterday. I had to put it in a 2" D-ring binder. I still have yet to label the chapters. It's 642 pages! It's well-organized and features a lot of images and schematics. Lots of legal mumbo-jumbo as well. I printed it out at maximum size so I could read it easier. It's normally a 5.25" by 7.25" booklet. I also have the full manual in my FordPass app on my phone and it's supposed to be viewable in my head unit in my Bronco as well. I'm old school. I like the paper versions to flip through. 😝

Just received my MY21 manual from Helm (yes, I own a MY22; the differences - if any - are minor).

Maybe it's my inner Luddite speaking but (a. the on-screen search tool for the manual is a PITA, and (b. can't use it should the vehicle not have power, so...

Handsome job. You could turn this into a little kitchen-counter business, I'm sure.
[I enjoy your posts. Sure hope that Bronco comes through for you this November--it'll be a Christmas like none other for you! I ordered a Badlands 4Dr non-Sas High, ended up buying a Badlands Sas/Lux, and am so glad I did! Trust me, you'll never regret going all out. I do wish we weren't in opposite corners of the Lower 48.]

Thanks, and I hear you, brother. Spared no expense, as they say. I geek out on spec sheets and how-to’s, so having the physical manual to pore over was a no-brainer. Stoked seeing my ticker getting lower ‘til d-day. 😉

I also ordered a 2021 FULL Manual and have a 2022. Not expecting there to be many differences.

I created a cover for my "large print" size owner's manual. Printing it out larger-than-life makes it easier on my eyes. Unfortunately, it won't fit in my glove box. 😝

honestly, asking for a paper book in ever vehicle seems like a step backwards in time. If that's what floats your boat then cool man, buy it or print your own.

but lets review, For the last 20 years the cost of printing has been skyrocketing (thanks to the people who made issue of deforestation and turned everything plastic, notice how the pendulum swings back?) and its becoming a new standard to only offer online versions of manuals to cut costs to the purchaser. This also makes it easier to make corrections in real time, add more details, pictures, diagrams, and specs because you dont need to worry about the size of the book, not to mention the inclusion of videos to aid those who learn better by watching than reading.

and lastly, I think the parts guy is confused, didnt they actually state the manual was only going to be available in digital form so why did you expect a paper on again?

Handsome. You're quite a craftsman, and my suggestion about a kitchen-counter business isn't just to flatter you. (Well, that, too.) Your advertising theme: "A handsome, large-print Bronco owner's manual to read and savor, but you must provide your own easy chair, pipe, loyal dog at the fireplace, and coffee/brandy/whisky/sherry yourself."

I LOVE the idea of the owner's manual being accessible only through the infotainment system. I especially love it while searching for a clue why the electrical system has failed and I cannot see the display. 😕 Digital is convenient but it should not always be used. Printed manuals should come standard. That's just being cheap!!!!

I’m in the book printing business, paper constraints and allocations are a real thing for us still. Prices have skyrocketed. Used to be when a customer ordered a book run, we’d call a vendor and order the stock for next day delivery. That same stock is now 90 days to get so printers have been forced to stockpile their own inventory. Paper being 20 to 30 percent of the cost of every job, this has put a huge burden on commercial printers,

BUT, I want my damn owner’s manual printed and bound not on a display. Displays just don’t work as well for manuals or books, at least thats my opinion. It’s neat, cool and all but it ain’t paper. When I want a torque value or capacity with a book I go to the index find my page and there is all the info at your fingertip, wherever those tips may be.

Right with you, brother. If it ain't ink on paper, I'm not interested. ;)

Besides, what if your DISPLAY is faulty and you can't read why it's not working because your manual is ONLY on the display? LOL

Totally agree. Yes, prices for paper have skyrocketed in the past couple of years, but what was there excuse previously. Not supplying an owners manual is not a recent thing. Someone just figured out they could save money and we would be dumb enough to go along with it. I too am concerned about getting the information on which fuse controls the infotainment system when it blows and I'm out of cell service.
